Very friendly staffs Especially Jovron! (Lot 1) She give good deals and advice with regards to any aesthetics concern you may have ?. Not to mention that, this clinic has helped me with my scars, at least a notable improvement after every session. Kudos to the professional Doctors!

Went to the Lot one outlet. From the time my friend and I got there. The lady at the counter been hard selling us packages after packages. Every opportunity she got to speak with us she was selling something to us. After the laser treatment was done we were pushed to get a bottle of serum each without asking if we wanted them. The two other staff who barely served us approached us with the serum trying to get us to buy them. There was a miscommunication of the price of the serum. Therefore we did not want to purchase it as we thought the serum was between $26-$28 but it was actually about $250. Upon seeing the charge my friend said she thought it was $28 so she requested for the payment to be voided as she did not want to purchase it now. The front counter staff said they don’t void payments. My friend said it is possible to do it. She then asked if she wanted to use that amount for another treatment next time. My friend insisted for the charge to be voided and it was done after the staff approached her other colleague for help to void the payment. After we left we realized that we each made a $20 deposit when booked the appointment and it was not deducted or refunded to us upon our payments. We went back there to ask the staff she said she forgot and that she can’t give the refund now as she needs to sent an email to the management and get back to us next week. Overall the customer service was bad and we won’t be coming back . Only gave 2 stars because the doctor was nice and professional.

My 3 stars rating is for administrative staff. Friendly when you make purchases / sign up for packages. Can be sarcastic and unhelpful when you don’t.

LOL don't know who deleted my review. shady business. staff pressure you to buy package even before you do the treatment.. after you fill in the form at the reception area.. they push you to buy a package. Common sense would tell you someone would buy the package only if it works for them yes? How can I buy 10 sessions without knowing? And paid the deposit already but never count into the total amount I paid for the treatment. Finance contacted me and said payment processing. 2 weeks later still processing. 2 weeks later offer me free treatment? or ask me to go down again and repeat the horrible process again? will give 0 stars if I can.

Staff are all friendly & easy-going. They know what to recommend based on your needs. Would recommend if you're looking for laser treatments or facial.

Very good and friendly service at A.M Aesthetics lot 1 mall. My pigmentation has improved a lot after I did Pico laser and Q-switch, from big patch become now very small patch. Thanks to Dr.Ong and Dr.James and lot 1 team.

I have tried many skincare products and been to many skincare specialists for my acne problem. None have worked. But A.M Aesthetics is different. The results are real. My face has improved dramatically. There are instalment plans available too should you need one. Dr James, Collie and the nurses are very professional and friendly. You can trust their words because the results are real.

Have been visiting this clinic for the past 1 year plus. The staff and doctors are all very friendly and professional and genuinely want to help their customers achieve better skin. I want to thank Cally who tailor-made a package for me based on my skin problems. My skin is slowly but surely improving after each session thanks to her. Highly recommended!
