★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my guinea pig whose suddenly these 2 days not feeling well and not eating or moving much to here for emergency treatment.
My original vet was closed so I took half day, grab a car to came here.
The doctor said my pig was dehydrated so gave him a drip. But after the drip my guinea just DIE!!!
The doctor gave a lot of excuses said my guinea was too stress during the drip so got a heart attack and pass on. Keep say please do not shift blame on him as he was "trying his best". I blame myself for sending my guinea pig here to be killed..if I wait 1 more day till tomorrow to bring him to my usual vet he probably can live another good few years. My guinea pig was only 3 years old and have been very healthy all these while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Alex is very detailed with my rabbit diagnosis and explained to me very clearly about my rabbit's issue. He even showed me how to apply the med on my rabbit and is very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i remember bringing my hamster here 3 years ago and vet misdiagnosed him . vet assumed he was old at age instead of properly checking up on him . i went to another clinic a week later and they diagnosed him a condition called “ wet tail “ , days later , he passed . because of poor diagnosis here in this clinic . was completely overcharged for his medication and consultation as well , went up to at least $150 or more , and he still died early .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kenneth Tong is great from previous visits. Very good doctor and well experienced.
NOTE: Avoid Alex Pham at all cost, he is just unprofessional and nonchalant in helping pets. My dog vomited some blood and all he say is that everyone is busy and refuse to write a referral for my dog to get an x-ray. He further instigated that my dog might have a foreign object latched inside her and that even with an x-ray, my dog might not be able to be operated on as everyone is so busy. Coming from him to assume that all vet surgeons in Singapore are unavailable for my dog and giving us owners unwanted worry and panic is clearly unprofessional and unnecessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to say thanks to Dr Yvonne and Samantha for the care given to my budgie, Snowy. She is back to her usual self now after the medication and advice given by doctor. Dr Yvonne was very knowledgable about birds and also made sure I had no more doubts before I left. They even called up to check on Snowy after the consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet is absolute nightmare. Please do not even think of this place if you’re desperate. The doctors are insensitive. Makes no effort to explain what is wrong. Administers injection saying it’s for nerve, only for my pet to die a few hours later. Won’t a vet be professional enough to know if something is gravely wrong and advise accordingly. But nothing of that sort. To think they still said, oh if this rabbit does not make it through you can always get another rabbit. If you are seeking a vet with empathy or probably giving them a benefit of doubt. Please be prepared for your beloved pet to die.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been bringing my parrots to this clinic for some time now and I am pretty happy with the service. The vets are well trained and understand the needs of my birds. I’m grateful because parrots can be fragile and sensitive animals. Taking good care of them by giving them the right food/environment, flight time and affection will give them a long and happy life!
