Letter of Complaint I am writing in to express my continuing dissatisfaction with the Patient Relation at Accord Dental Clinic, named Cathy. My mother was schedule for an appointment today dated 25th April 2014 at 1100hrs. The day before the appointment my mother received a call from the clinic regarding the schedule appointment saying that they got to cancel my mum’s appointment because the appointment was given to other Patient. My mum waited for two months for her appointment to be given, Cathy also promised to call if there is any slot, but she did not. My mum personally walk-in to the clinic and query then she gave the above date. I am also not pleased with her customer service; Cathy is being unprofessional on the phone and she is giving discourteous treatment when I called her on the day of the appointment to actually ask her why she got to cancel the confirmed appointment. Overall I am not happy with this kind of service given.
