Please guys, if you are here, check if the doctor is an old frail doctor or not. If it is, PLEASE JUST LEAVE THE CLINIC and proceed to other clinic. That old frail doctor is so judgemental and mind you, I wasn't there for weight management services. I was there because I was running on fever, cough, headache and flu. But that old man was yapping away asking me about what should I do about my weight and even asking me about my diets and food intake. Told him I had only one meal per day at work because I was in a tourism industry. My oh my, he can told me "oh thats why you eat a lot. Your workplace got loads of food" Nonsense. Really. Do come only it is their main doctor is the one doing consultation or else, please spare yourself from humiliation.

Dr Aw Tuan Kiat and nurses was empathetic towards me. He waived my consultation fee as I am a fellow healthcare worker. Thank you for being supportive towards us in times of pain and fever . Thank you for taking good care of us when we are unwell. God bless.

Went to this clinic on 27/10/21. Requested advice for travel vaccines but received none. Doctor says he does not know. Nurse spoke in cantonese to another nurse saying it's useless to take any jabs right now. What a comment from a professional.

Counter was very rude and impatient. Doctor was slow and unenthusiastic. Almost seem unprofessional.

Very very bad service, appointment at 2pm for vaccination booster, advise to wait outside under the sun until 2:47pm. Just let patients wait no info no nothing.

This is the worst medical service I ever had in Singapore! The queue number had been stopped for 1.5 hours and they only take care of those who taking the vaccination. Knowing that I had fever, should have advice me on the waiting time and not just leave me there and wait.

Tried to seek medical consultation there and had a pretty terrible experience. Upon registration, I told them that I needed to see a doctor for cough and slight flu and one of the assistants there (a chubby auntie with curly hair) commented 随便咳就随便来 which I found that it's very rude! I had been sick for 3 days and just wanted to see a doctor just in case it is anything serious. Waiting time is terribly long which I understand, even the patients who registered in the morning had to come afterwards but to a point that I waited for nearly 2 hours, is quite long and there are other patients who are worse conditions waiting after me. I gave up and just left. Having zero empathy staff working in a clinic treating sick people like that is really unexpected. Note: I saw them brush off a concern father asking them how many people are there before him because his young daughter is incredibly unwell. He even repeated the question a few times nicely to get no answer in return.

I have a great experience with both Dr Aw the brothers. Very compassionate doing their job. Give advices not only to eat meds but to also our diets and what to do when sick.. yes i agree there were 2 staffs that are rude when attending to patients. The lady in mid 40s Short straight hair slim looking and lady mid 50s-60s curly long hair auntie. There 2 nice clinic assistants which long hair and straight short hair and lady in 40s long straight hair with bangs are very nice.
