★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting Escentials at Ion to check out their range of perfume and I am very impressed with both the exclusive selection (Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Serge Lutens, Killian, Goutal) and the friendly sales executive - John Vincent Zuniga.
John is warm and friendly and have great recommendations and impressive knowledge about the different perfume brands and the stories behind the scent and can even identify a scent to the perfume - you can tell when someone is passionate about their perfume (or not).
Back to their store - it’s probably the best place to test out this scent in store in sg. Great product lines, great staff, excellent location and neat spacious atmosphere. Highly recommended if you want to check out these less commonly found perfume brands or stock up your perfume if are not travelling to Europe anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully designed location with separate areas dedicated to each fragrance house, very conducive for trying out the extensive selection of fragrances. SA Eugene is extremely knowledgeable and shares information on the various fragrances and perfumers. He also takes the effort to patiently suggest other fragrances which may appeal to the customer. Every visit to Escentials is so pleasant and I am able to purchase fragrances which suit me perfectly with Eugene's assistance. Highly recommended.

I am a very particular person at fragrance and need to try several time to decide whether i need to buy but she is very patient to me all the time with her nice smile given me a detailed information when i am picking. We were assisted by John and he was warm and friendly and was eager to share about the different perfume brands and the stories behind the scent. Had a very pleasant shopping experience, highly recommended for anyone who are open to experiencing different scents.
