★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Mount Pleasant East Coast branch. They were highly service oriented, patient with my overly excited puppy and was also very prompt in addressing my queries and concerns about my dog's condition. Follow up was swift too. Very professional clinic.
Dr Sarah Wong was very calm and professional in her reviews with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would recommend Dr Alimsijah Putri Lin to anyone with cats or rabbits. Have been taking my 3 rabbits and cat to see her since last year. She is amazing with them and she takes the time to listen to as well as understand the needs of the owner. When I have difficulty feeding medications she takes the time to teach ways to make it easier for me to manage. When I face any medical emergencies with my animals at home and request a call back she returns the call within 30 mins. Her service is impeccable and she truly gives her all into getting the animals better. My cat has been struggling with a recurring ear infection for almost a year and I have seen 3 vets prior to this. She was able to find the cause and resolve the issue within 1 month. M very thankful to have found her.

Went for my cat’s dental scaling and tooth extraction. Everything went smooth and I was well informed pre/post op.
Billing was explained in detail and itemized correctly. I was also clearly explained that costs could change during the operation due to the possibility of complications.
The vets and vet techs are VERY adept at calming animals down, and understanding animal anxiety and pain.
Would recommend to anyone with a pet.
