★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pointed at the sign that says free cello with every purchase and asked "what's a cello?" They replied, our plastic gift wrap. Well, that's nice. Saves me the trouble.
So I picked out the items I wanted. I brought my items to the cashier. THEN (no earlier) I was told they had run out of "cellos". Despite the big signs saying "ask us about our free cellos!"
I gave up and went somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Review for September 2021) I like bath and body works but unfortunately the customer service was very irresponsible and always pushing me to another product even though I wanted the normal editions, we had to tell her 5-10 times that that is not what we wanted although is right in front of us! We had to tell her off and not buy. I ended up going to the Taka to buy instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went all the way to MBS to buy some scented sprays. Disinterested staff wouldn't even acknowledge us, let alone help. Left without purchasing anything. Probably won't ever go back there.

They were patient in assisting us during the payment process because we wanted to use the pace app for more discounts. Shout out to the staffs working on 29th April. Customer service was top-notch and impressive!
