T	Terence Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coconut broth and collagen broth are our favorite. The coconut broth us so refreshing, my favorite due to the sweetness and sweet aroma. After adding the meat, seafood into both the broth, the sweetness enhanced to palate department. We ordered the wagyu meat platter and seafood platter, they are so fresh! ? Service is good too.
J	Jay A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely one of the nicest outlet among the other Beauty in The Pot (Vivocity outlet is nice too). High ceiling and spacious. First time ordered the meat platter with Waygu cubes, beef slices, Kurobuta pork and one more fatty cut pork type, and at $42 quite enough portion but maybe bit too much for 2 person. However, found that the soup base this time round tasted very different from many previous visits. Both the collagen and spicy soap base especially the collagen one tasted quite flat, and not as flavourful and thick as before. At first, I thought it was just my taste bud but my friend also pointed out at the end of the meal. Not sure if it is some cost cutting, change in recipe or just today at this branch.

Y	Yam Yummy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Famous hot pot restaurants branch at Jewel Changi. They open till late night and I could eat with friends when I came to welcome friends. As local taste hot pot, the price is little high but staffs and interior cleanliness average is also high standard. My Japanese friends said “it is normal” haha. The taste is not bad but there is not unique points. Even collagen soup. But anyway, I like this restaurant under nice taste and good cleanliness. Will be back here or the other branch.
T	Toh Bee Leng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dined at Beauty Pot Jewel twice. The food remained good. The service was top notch on my first visit in April 2021. On my second visit in Nov 2021, the waitress was inattentive at first. She did not scoop up the frothy foam on the surface on the soup. She did mot change our plate and she did not tidy my table. These attentive services were part and parcel of the top notch service expected of Beauty Pot. To be fair, at 7pm which was the peak hour, many diners were starting to stream in and tables were occupied. I saw that she had really serving food to the many tables. After giving a subtle hint to the waitress, she caught my intention and made amends to the lacklustre service earlier on. I am glad that she did not choose to ignore my feedback but endeavours to make good the initial inattentive service. I think she has a good attitude. Subsequently, another waitress took over the shift and the second waitress was extremely attentive.

Very happy to know we weren't thirsty after the meal. The lime pomelo slush at the end was so refreshing! Will definitely be back!

Pork platter was also nice but I felt the slices can be thinner to make it easier to chew. Soft bone balls were great, nicely seasoned. We also enjoyed the dips like special sesame dip, Thai spicy dip and crispy garlic spicy dip. Service was friendly and helpful. Peeled the raw prawns for us. The missing star is for price and the long 1.5 hour wait.
D	Delicious Myojo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the food is consistent at this outlet. Good and fresh. The liver, pork, etc. are fresh. As for the service, it is only average. The staffs do not offer to skim out the foam from the soup nor are they very friendly. It is very different from the experience I had at the outlet in Centrepoint which was very good.
