Best Chinese noodle restaurant in Singapore

H	Helen Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and good service by this gentlemen at the counter. Take his time to explain their menu. Like their noodles texture. I will recommend their fried la mian as I find their sliced beef too dry and bland.
t	tan t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on Grabdelivery the Premium Fish Soup Noodle and beancurd strips as a side. Unfortunately, both dishes were very bland and underwhelming. Soup broth lacked flavour so I can't see why it is called "Premium". Had to add my own chilli condiment to enhance the soup flavour. The beancurd strips were poorly executed and were too dry and rubbery.
J	JinChong Tung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the real 武汉热干面 from Wuhan. Original 热干面 should be coated with fragrance oil and noodle should be thicker and more Q. Original 热干面 should be made from higher ratio of 高筋面粉 and eggs, that resulted in the iconic Q texture. 热干面 should be also cooked once, left to cool with a layer of oil and blanched again before serving, that was how it named as 热干（warm-dry). The one that is served in this restaurant, obviously is the normal 拉面 that neither has the Q texture nor the unique fragrance of the famous dish. Will give 0 star if possible as it is an absolute failure. I would not order this again.
L	Leon Kwang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't quite compare to Tongue Tip 舌尖尖 in my opinion.. especially the Sauerkraut beef noodles.. the soup's flavor is not to my liking and noodles lacking in texture/ spring.. but the stir fried noodles was pretty decent, so was the cold cut beef slices. Being the closest 兰州拉面 to where we stay.. I think it can be a lazy option when cravings arise.
s	shi yong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying Nuodle. Wanted to try marmite chicken but wasn’t available anymore. Ended up ordering signature beef la mian & fish vermicelli & 红油抄手(beef). Overall taste wasn’t too bad. 红油抄手 was my favorite, i liked the sauce. Scales on the sliced fish wasn’t removed properly though. Beef wasn’t too tough, la mian was good. Service was above average i must say. Overall, will patronize again.
Q	Qing Hui Low on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying and it’s delicious. Noodles are bouncy with good amount of sauce. Great pairing with flavorful beef dumplings and classic milk tea. Will be back definitely!
K	Kelvin Ang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First try as there were 40% through foodpanda pickup - it was well prepared in containers that separated the soup and food. Food was pretty good - soup is tasty filled with good amount of noodle and meat. The dumplings are filled with good amount of fillings too!

The drink was also Interesting packed. All was good except the braised beef. I thought it was served like braised duck, wet with some soy. But turned out too dried, like bak kwa.
