Peter, one of the many Bike Hero technicians, is a very passionate biker himself and super detail oriented. It is wonderful to see how a bike 'falls into the fountain of youth' (vs. many traditonal bike houses focus more on selling new equipment),and comes out functionally almost new
The online / WhatsApp booking was a breeze - scheduled a slot for next day. Peter showed up on the dot, with his bicycle and all of his mobile workshop and tools with it
The cleaning service derusted all the inner and outer parts, oiled where needed and adjusted the brakes. The chain and gearing mechanics received a thorough wash and were then fine adjusted
Payment happened then smoothly via receiving amount and UEN info on WhatsApp, then settling through PayNow (PayLah also can)

They cleaned and greased part of the bike I didnโt know existed. :-) Booking was fast and communication clear via whatsapp. Very good value for money seen they come to your doorstep and checked the bikes in details. Very professional service that I highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ Recently moved to Singapore and brought my Specialized mountain bike with me on the move. Needed to get the bike assemble and not knowing Singapore decided to google for a home service provider. Thankfully Webike came up and had great reviews. I contacted them and they were very responsive via email and text. The appointment was set and the technician arrived on time and put my bike together in no time. Very happy with the service and level of professionalism. I highly recommend their service you wonโt be disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ The booking and service was seamless. Allen and David was really helpful and gave good advice for the bikes. They tuned my bikes and fixed my noisy rotor issue in my S5. Something that I have been trying to fix for sometime. They also adjusted my handlebar and seat for my Brompton for a more comfortable ride. Itโs convenient and settled at the comfort of my home. No need to transport or cycle to the workshop. All comes to you. Something that is useful to all busy professionals and weekend warriors.
