From an intensive, stripped-down, deep clean, to rear derailleur chain alignment, he was meticulous and updated me every step of the way. Thanks Gary! Will definitely return for his help in building a bicycle soon.

They don't turn their customers away despite being busy & are open to customers' bike problems no matter what bike they have! Definitely value their customer service & open-ness to customers compared to other bicycle shops in the area (whom are reluctant to take in certain types of bikes or turn customers down on the spot). Thanks for adjusting and aligning my brakes! Appreciate it!

Almost all shop owners are sufficiently understanding, experienced and knowledgeable but they stand out from the crowd by being very genuine in their recommendations. They were humble to match as well. I wish that I had found them sooner. Visit to believe.

The couple running the shop was very friendly and allowed us to try different models and brands. Now we both got ourselves a bike each, will be venturing out to nearby parks for our rides. Very satisfied with both bikes. Must say the owners are very accommodating to our requests and we had a good chat while Gary (the guy boss) assembled and tuned up our pick. Great couple, will not hesitate to recommend their shop to anyone looking for bikes of any type.

Was very please to have met Gary who put down his tools n attend to us. He is very attentive and patient. He gave us genuine guidance on choosing a bike and riding one with the best posture. He shared his valuable expertise with me and I was surprised to hear he advised me to keep riding and not to change my bike. This shows he is not some pushy seller. Nonetheless, I decided to continue with my bike customization as my current bike is a low entry model with obvious orange reflectors. According to my bike requirements, Gary tailored the bike to suit my needs. I bought a foldie for my son, Gary helped my 9 years old understand how to use the foldie, tested it on-site, and tuned it. Gary is extremely patient with children, as well as with all his customers. Great advice and recommendation!
