They are total cheats and liars. Worst experience ever. Dun come this shop. Regretted bringing my bicycle down to this lying shop. Scam me of my hard earned money saying wheels alignment etc etc must be done. I am a newbie in things technical and trusted them because they seemed nice, friendly and spoke nicely. Didn't know they r lying f%$_$&s. He didn't even do a thing with my wheels. Just squatted down and did nothing with no tools, no spoke wrenches, no wheel truing adjustment gauges. Nothing.n He just scammed my hard-earned money. F%&_-+3$$... the bike remained worse after I spent $100 with this shop. Never will return again to these lying cheats. Go at your own risks.

Bought a teen -size Pro Java red-coloured bike from the Uncle. After buying, my son cycle it for few metres and realised there were sounds from the gears. Immediately went back and the Uncle settled it. A few weeks later, my son realised the gears sound came back again and couldnt shift the front main gear to number 3. I brought it back and was attended to a young man. He claimed that the "Parents" or the boy adjusted the screws, gears. I honestly said, no one did and shared the experience during the first day. He persisted that someone adjusted the screws. He attended to the screws and the gears seems okay only thing now the gears couldnt engage to number 2 properly. He adjusted the screws and leave one screw in that positioned (in picture). So I asked him, is the screw meant to be like that? He just replied, dont adjust any screw further. Should I go back to him? Honestly, with his tone and very defensive approach in handling his products, he was very confident that his products are excellent, I would rather solve it with another bike shop, if there are any further faults. He added, if I come again to his shop with gear issues, he gonna charge me. He certainly needs to attend some, good customer service courses.

NOMINAL FIXING FEES weren’t communicated before fixing, and OVERCHARGES once the service is done. unprofessional and felt scam. advise to ask what’s their ‘fixing fees’ before doing any repairs.

My old foldie I bought from carousel only $20. The headset a little lose. Just needs a little tighten thats all. Mechanic told me MUST change due wear and tear and will cost $55. Wallau…. Chiak luit or what? I go another place the mechanic open, pun grease and tighten all for free. It was usable for another 10 years. So be careful which mechanic shop you go

I had a very bad experience purchasing 2 bicycles from this shop. The accessories are quite expensive and yet given a very bad quality. Had issues with the backlight purchased from this shop. The first bicycle backlight dropped and went missing on the first day of purchase and we still have to fork up half the price to buy again. The second bicycle dropped after 3rd time cycling the bicycle and it dropped. We went back to the shop to feedback on it and they dont even give us any refund and instead exchange for another type. Please do not buy this backlight from the seller.. Seller charges us $18 each for the backlight which is very expensive and it quality sucks!! (Refer to atteched image). Totally not worth and seller still say this is the best quality backlight they have for sale. Overall the customer service is not up to my expectation!!

Definitely my favourite place to get my bike fixed. Owmers were nice and helpful, helped me change bike tube a few times and oiled my bike. Even caliberated my brake disks out of goodwill no charge. Thank you! Will definitely come by again if my bike has any issues haha

Service very hit or miss. I went here to change tube a few times, not so much issue. But previously I went in to change brake pads + readjust brake cable, that's when problems appeared. After changing brake pad I tested the bike but the rear brake was still bad. The guy adjusted again, second time brake still not good, he adjusted third time. Felt ok at the moment so I paid and left. Along the way home I felt it's a bit weirdly heavy so I checked the rear brake, and turns out the calipers were tightened way too much and my brake disc was rubbing against the pad.

Charged me $40 for new crank arm (right side only) and that’s fine, but when I asked for my old crank back which cost more than $40, owner said he threw it away. (crank wasn’t damage just needed to retread the pedal bit).. Went to check the bin he said he threw it in but nothing was in it. Reckon he kept it but what else can I do.
