β β β β β Horrible service, they either reply very slow or did not reply any of their messages on Lazada. Called in a few times and they might not answer your calls even. Checked with their staff and says that there will only be bicycles available 3 months later even though they still have a few old stocks available. The superior aka the boss insist to not sell any bicycles even though there are bicycles everywhere lying in their physical store.
Please do not buy from this company as they do not even know how to serve customers. ???

β β β β β Brought our V8 S2 down for maintenance today and we were attended to by Toh (first meeting). He left a really good impression on us with his keen knowledge on the bikes and friendly attitude - I asked him a bunch of questions on the wheels and tyres and he was really enthusiastic in his responses; he also assured us that our tyres weren't due for replacement, even though we had intended to change them.
Overall, the servicing was really good (bikes are so much smoother and quieter to ride now as compared to before), prompt (both bikes were done in under 2h) and good value for money ($25 per bike).
Will definitely recommend to anyone who's looking to get a new VERT bike or VERT bike servicing in the area. ???

β β β β β Vert is underated value for money foldies. Purchase this 6 yrs ago, riding is still as smooth and fast as before after servicing. I have not upgrade any gear or wheel set and i can speed up to 30km/h with this.
Tried many foldies brand, this is the one that provide me the lightest, smoothing feel after pedaling.
Overall, value for money. For the quality and price you paid for , is definitely worth it . I am considering getting their newest vert v8s2.

β β β β β Went there on 12 June 2021, as my little brotherβs chain snapped out, a friendly young male help to replace the chain connector ,he did it in good willing. Didnβt even ask for labour fees.
He also install my friendβs brake at a very reasonable price, help tighten some of my loose screws.
Thank you so much for your help may god bless you. Iβll definitely pop by there when i have the chance.

β β β β β Bought my Vert 8 foldable bikes from them and the staffs were friendly and helpful in explaining the features and how to properly maintain the bikes. Price was reasonable and the bikes were of good quality and built. Went back for free maintenance recently, as usual they were friendly and attentive and help solve my brake problem promptly.

β β β β β Almost a year now using VERT.
Overall itβs a good bike.
However, the middle locking mechanism which folds and unfolds the bike is not that good.
The catch tends to come out and needs constant readjustment for a tight fit.
I worry if I ride fast or going downhill what if the bike suddenly unfolds? A constant worry.
My other Dahon, after 6 years of usage, never had this problem.
In addition the Dahon has a magnet to help hold the bike together tightly when it is folded.
