I have been a customer of Haach for facial services for more than 10 years. Grace (therapist) and Chloe at the Orchard central outlet takes good care of my skin and provides excellent advice and service every time I visit. Recommend their services to all who wants to look after their skin.

2nd session with them, so far so good! Did a trial and decided to sign package with them. Friendly staff, patient to explain and answer queries (was served by Sammi today). Comfortable facial, nice pleasant environment, nice music (that you won't mind having to listen for at least an hour), and I really like how they include face and shoulder massage for you (something I'm sure all office workers would appreciate). At least for what I do, there's not really a downtime after the session. Keeping the last star cos after all I've only been here for 2 sessions. Looking forward to the rest of my package :)

definitely hard sells so be careful if you’re prone to give in to hard sellers. facial treatment is alright, did improve the skin but always pressurises me to change my treatment to more expensive ones, even though i’ve alr stated this was good enough. even when i said my schedule is tough to sign a package, they kept finding different branches for me so that i can sign the package. immediately replies when i want to make an appointment but when i’m rescheduling due to my difficult schedule they don’t reply for a good 8 hours.

A MOST UNPLEASANT FACIAL! I was directed straight away to the treatment room and there’s isn’t any high technology equipment to analysis the skin as their claimed in their ad. The start off massage is just a touch! At first I was wondering why was the therapist touching me. Really hopeless! Please educate your therapist NOT to sale talk when the customer is without mask and lying right under their face. You should have analyse the skin condition first and suggest the treatment before you start and NOT in the midst of it. The therapist was trying to ask me to top up another $60 for another treatment. I tried not to answer her to avoid her from talking further. Please be more social responsible. Hope you don't start a cluster there! Your senior therapist is NOT gentle at all when doing the extraction. There are other salons that don’t do the streaming too before the extraction but they are NOT like yours - very rough handling! Is it because I refused to top up? My skin was still sored for 2 days after the treatment. Been to many salons, this is one of the most unpleasant and painful session. Worst, you are a clinic! You also never give me the Complimentary Brightening Snow Cream as mentioned in your ad. I felt misled! Will NOT recommend at all!

Joey was scheduled for my facial session and I’m extremely satisfied with her. After reviewing my face she recommended what’s best for me within my available packages. And every step was done nicely. She even do till the neck!! Hacch was also nice enough to combine my packages for this session for my skin care needs.

Chloe, Jolin & the team are very friendly & professional at all time. Return from Covid break after 2 years for my facial service, their good customer service remain without fail. I have been going to Haach@Orchard Central for 17 years. They take feedback professionally & they are also very understanding & nice. No matter which esthetician is doing the facial for me, I know I’m always in good hands & all my treatments will cover till neck. Keep up the good work!
