Super love the ambience. Service is tip top. They were so patient and gentle with my daughter. It was her first time at a salon but Cassandra was really patient with her from the hair cut to the hair wash all the way to the hair drying process. I also had my haircut with Veron. Super love the haircut for both of us. Highly recommended. Will definitely come again ?

Had a pleasant experience with bonbon blowout bar! Especially with the professional service of Dash, thank you for always ensuring I have pretty and healthy hair and scalp ☺️ Would definitely recommend to try this salon where they don’t hard sell and the prices are reasonable for the quality products they use! Also not to mention the aesthetics of this salon is super pretty! Probably the prettiest salon I’ve ever been to ???

Bottom line up front, not worth the price! Brought our 2 year old daughter here hoping for a good cut as we’ve had a bad experience in the past. Chose the $28 cut and explained what we want, cut the bangs cut straight (but not too short, at the eyebrows) with a little bit of round on the edges. We also asked for a trim of the back. She sat down fairly calm and then my spidey sense starts to go off as the weirdness starts. The hairstylist brushes her hair a bit and starts cutting the back of her hair… dry! Doesn’t spray wet, doesn’t run a wet comb or nothing. I look over at my wife as this is the first time I’ve seen this but ok I figure they’re higher end maybe they know newer better techniques. Then I ask her why she’s not wetting since I looked over to the left and right and both other stylists were cutting the hair of their patrons wet. She mumbles something and then moves on to the bangs. Once again starts to cut dry and is not taking control of the hair trying to cut as it lie on her forehead. We see what she’s doing and tell her it’s too short already and crooked, we also tell her that the back is all crooked and not straight. She says our daughter is moving is why (isn’t this a kids cut place that should be ok with that?). I eventually have to talk to what I assume is the manager and tell her that her stylist says she can’t cut our daughter’s hair straight to which then she goes over to try and help her by holding our daughter’s head in place. Ultimately horrible cut (again, our poor daughter) and pay and leave. Definitely do not recommend, wish we went to the cheaper place on the same floor. (Took the pics immediately after at the sea playground on same floor) *UPDATE 07 JAN 22: after our review the manager personally reached out and apologized, refunded, and also laid out corrective actions. I have to say very admirable and appreciative of the professionalism of the manager and Bonbon blowout bar after this incident. We’ve discussed with the manager and we may try them again in the future with a different stylist after her hair grows out. Regardless of the issues a class act and shows that they do care about their patrons.

I am very pleased with the results of the Aura hair treatment by Dash. He is very skillful and patient. My frizzy hair is finally tamed and it feels very smooth and manageable now. Thank you!

Please be aware on their upsell strategies! I’ve soft ear and took special treatment for my daughter. Just found out it’s not good choice for kid. They use adult treatment for kid. Besides that, both my daughter and I got wet after shampooing! The clothes of our back were wet. It’s really under my expectation. Overall, I think it’s overpriced! The vibe is nice but please think twice on their up selling. *** Although the owner showed his/her concerns on the comments, I really can’t stop myself to share feedback again. I really upset when I help my kid to tide her hair. First, I found her hair didn’t cut neatly. Second, her hair still too thick. I requested layer cut to make it thinner. It’s not work! Lastly, I’m being told the treatment helps to improve her hair problem but it’s not work. I don’t expect the effects last for week. However, I don’t expect it last for 1 day only! Feel really bad! Just share my personal experience as reference. Hope the others won’t have similar bad feelings.

Brought my daughters to experience their first saloon service. Impressed by Bonbon service and the patience to kids. We are happy to see our kids enjoyed the atmosphere at the same time having the hair cut.

Great place to have your hair treatments done. Love the vibe something fresh and different. Nice amenities especially for little friends who have iPad to keep them busy too. Look for Jimmy! Great service and knowledgeable. Recommends service that you need instead of hard selling and no spending for nothing.

First time here after seeing the ads on instagram and reading raving reviews of the salon. Loved the warm welcome by the staff and the design and atmosphere of the whole place! My daughter especially loved the very cute ice-cream parlours with cone chairs for children; very well catered. I like that there’s a segregation for adults and children, and even a comfortable sitting corner - makes everybody feel so welcome! My daughter’s stylist, Jimmy was very good. He was gentle with my daughter yet still a pro while washing and cutting my her hair. I only had to show him a sample hairstyle and explained to him a little bit on how i want my daughter’s hair to be cut and he did a perfect job! Exactly how i wanted it to be! Thank you and good job to the team at Bonbon, will definitely be back again!
