★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great lounge. Plenty of food and drink options, loads of seating with plenty of power sockets. The reason for the 4 and not the 5 star review is the Wifi was super super slow. Almost dial up speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lounge is exclusive for 1st class passenger with a good menu of food. There was an attendant Jasmine who was brilliant providing great service.
The downside was the air conditioning was set too cold but Jasmine provided me a blanket to stay warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good design of a variety of spaces - dining, workspaces and lounges - with comfortable furniture and nice lighting.
It was busy when I visited, however the room accommodated guests very well.
Food choices and quality was good. Impressed to see allergen information noted, very helpful!
WiFi, amenities, reading material, all as expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden away behind a small number coded door is the BA Concorde lounge in Singapore Airport.
It’s a nice quite, well mostly quite till a few rowdy pax arrived, space away from the main business class pax in the lounge.
There is a decent menu with English and Singaporean flavors.
Staff there were present however not overly proactive. I suspect this was mainly due to poor English as even when they did approach it was not easy getting what I wanted due to the language barrier. Confusing as I assume they were specifically chosen to work in the area?
There were plenty of seating and secluded areas if you wanted privacy. Good choices for power if you need to charge up your devices.
Recommended if you are looking for some peace between flights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent drinks selection, though like other BA lounges you have to ask for champagne! Hot food at 4pm on a Tuesday was satay and spring rolls which was a tasty snack, see pics.
