U order via their app or self kiosk can wait long long. Everything slow here.
Best, I order for kopi. End up when I want to collect, can tell me kopi machine already cleaned! It's not even close to closing time.
Management need to go down and look at the staff

?? Tables were not cleaned after each customer and bits of food can be seen on the floor. Very slow service too, one customer also feedback to the counter that she had waited 25mins for her order (4 pax). Worst of all, the patties in the burgers were less than warm. Disappointing. ?
