β β β β β Dr Yong misdiagnosed my case, make my condition even worse than before. Dr Edmund took over, no improvement after another two treatments. Beside my own issue, now still have PIH problem after their treatment. Very bad experience. Their staff donβt have follow up with patients and turn over rate very high.

β β β β β I signed up the pico laser package with BV before COVID 19 and had made an appointment for the treatment.
However, it was closed during COIVD 19. No one contact me on the cancellation of the appt, I believe atheistical clinics are not allow to open during CB. however, I expect someone should call me to re-do the appointment.
I tried to contact BV via the clinic tel no and WhatsApp no I used to made the appointment. The lines are not in used or cancelled.
Can someone tell me what happen to BV medical? Go burst?

β β β β β I am glad to have met Dr Edmond Phua! His advice was spot on, knowledgable and very patient during the whole process. As it was my first time exploring aesthetics I was quite skeptical, but he explained in details to me about the process and how it will turn out to be after the procedure. He also showed me some of the examples and share his own experiences with me which I feel comfortable and decided to go for a try! I didn't regret at all after the 1st PICO and BB laser, as many of my friends saw big difference in my skin condition. Don't really need to use filter effects during photo taking! Now I have full confidence in him and BV medical team to take care of my face and skin =) Highly recommended!

β β β β β I'm a person who loves outdoor activities and my skin is sun-damaged from the uv rays. In addition I also have a lot of acne scars. At the recommendation of my husband, I decided to seek help from Dr Edmond Phua at BV Aesthetics. As this is the first time I'm doing any laser procedure, I was initially apprehensive about it. However Dr Edmond explained the pico and bb laser procedures to me, the aftercare and what to expect. This put me at ease knowing that I'll be in good hands. Now my pigmentation has lightened and my acne scars have become shallower. I keep getting compliments for my radiant skin! I have so much confidence in Dr Edmond that I intend to go for skinboosters and fillers soon, in time for the Christmas and New year parties!

β β β β β I've always had dull skin and no matter how many skin care products I've used, they wouldn't help. I don't have pimples nor pigmentations, but I do have really dry and sensitive skin (eczema prone). The consultation was done professionally and I was recommended the Milk Peeled mask, which was amazing! There were 2-3 days of downtime, but it wasn't really bad, I was able to cover up with bb cream. After the 3rd day, my face literally lit up! Its already 2 weeks, and my face is still glowing! I'm very happy with the results, and its only the first session. Will definitely recommend my friends to have their facials done with Boris Valerie.

β β β β β It was my very first aesthetic experience and laser treatment. The clinic decor was splendid and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr Edmond was very professional and knowledgeable, and took time to patiently explain my skin condition to me during the consultation. He also discussed with me at length the different treatment options available for me and the different downtime and expected results. The therapists were also very friendly and during my laser treatment, Dr Edmond made sure that i was comfortable and allayed all my fears as it was my first time doing a laser treatment. What surprised me most was that the total care and treatment i received felt way much more value than the price i had paid. I had a great first experience here! A big thank you to everyone at BV Medical Aesthetics!
