R	Rella Quek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic called to invite me down for a trial session. I wasn’t too keen, but they called again, so I obliged. Was told over the phone it will be a one-hour session (consultant even emphasised it’s a full hour treatment). I went down, staff were initially polite, but the skinny consultant who came to do consultation for me couldn’t answer my questions on the differences of each treatment. Her consultation felt absolutely insincere. Therapist came in, did only a 5-mins trial. Complete waste of my time coming down. Why would anyone sign up for anything without them showing effectiveness of their treatment? I wouldn’t expect miracle on my first session, but I should be able to feel and experience it fully on a trial if I should be convinced to buy a package. No pictures or data of past clients’ results either. Feels like a scam. I’m just annoyed how anyone can be so disrespectful of another’s time. With such ethics in service, I doubt they genuinely care about their clients.
j	jiaying Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst aesthetic clinic i ever went to. seriously i have very bad impression of the clinic... its seems more like a beauty salon than a clinic. i was brought into a room and its a consultant who access your skin, and not the doctor. she keeps criticizing how bad my skin is and how many clogged pores i have but my skin is in great condition. she only want to cheat and force me to buy package.. honestly she is the first and only one who said that. most people think my skin is fine.. a medical clinic shouldn't be operating this way. ..i hate this type of gimmicks by saying how bad the patient skin just to make the patient sign package.. even i were to do a skin package laser, i won't choose this clinic also. honestly the doctors here don't have a conscience.
M	MMBM M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Results are satisfactory and treatment objectives are not only promising, but assuring as well. Extensive explanation is given to provide further assurance to me before every treatment and before the start every session, the staff and Doctors will refresh me on the particular treatment that I’ll go through for the session, which helps me regulate the kind of activities I should do for the week considering that I am exposed to the sun consistently. Hospitality and care from the staff is really commendable, perhaps one of the best I’ve ever received and likewise for their facial products. Very good place and I would recommend to anyone who would want to receive similar treatments.
J	Jaeden Jace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chance upon Scinn Medical Centre on an ad from Facebook to give it a shot since there was a $88 nett trial session + consultation. I was abit disappointed that there wasn’t any actual proper assessement by the doctor but rather the operation manager only assessed me with visual and took a few photos before proceeding to tell me what kind of treatment I needed if wanted to attain my expectation. No hardselling but was convinced enough to sign up a 6-sessions package at $3.8K in total. Did see some improvement after the first session which was basically fillers for acne scars as adviced by the doctor after I decided to sign the package as part of the first step of the treatment. Overall the experience was good, but I decided to give 1 star because if I’m going to pay a lump sum amount, it would’ve been more convincing if the doctor would’ve personally spoke to me and gave me the skin assessment profesionally like other aesthetic clinics that would have done.

I did a CO2 laser treatment for 6 sessions By Dr Tan with significant improvement and has helped reduced my facial scaring due to acne. Friends have commented on the revitalized appearance on my face. Dr Tan shows professionalism in conducting the procedures, sharing important tips for continuous home care routines and attentive in recommending next suitable procedure for best results.

The only thing remain unchanged is the good service standards by the doctor & therapist. The trial session is alright as expected, it is to experience the treatment procedure so visitors should not expect it to be a miracle 5 mins permanent solution. Great choice if you have not made up your mind and like to find out more.

We were professionally attended to by the consultants although we were late for our appointments. Unlike some aesthetics establishments, we did not feel pressured to purchase anything at any pt of time. Doc was nice and friendly too. We eventually did sign up for their full treatment package and are happy to see visible improvements after just a few sessions! Will recommend this place to those who share similar acne concerns too

Was put to a room, and the nurse shared the promotion is only XX shots, would not be sufficient for me. If I wanna see result and should get package etc (hard selling) very soft ear I signed 2 times for $3k result was meh. Really regret. Decided to leave review so people out there searching for review would be able to know the past experience of others.
