★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling customer service. Arrived at 9.20 and were told it was shut despite nothing being locked and the close time being listed as 9.30. Knew the exact sunglasses we wanted and pointed to them on display and told attendant “we just want to buy those”. He didn’t care.
If he was my employee I’d sack his arse.

Was served by Callista, she is very friendly, approachable and patience despite me requesting for different sizes for the triomphe belt to try out and even explained the story behind the triomphe logo inspiration is from. Due to covid, water is served in bottle. For a first time customer the whole experience was swift, easy and comfortable. There is also after sales service, do check out their boutique if you have something in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusted with the sales associates’ attitude. There are a total of 4 sales associates visible in the store while there is ONLY 1 customer in store served by one of them. No credits to the half coloured hair associate “advising” us that all the associates are busy keeping bags while they idling by chatting. Renovate this shopfront to avoid business? Probably corrupted in some manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adriane is nice and patient, so I reserved a bag with him in my first visit. However, when I went back to get the bag I reserved after 3 days, it was horrible experience. I know there was a lot of ppl so I queue for like 30 mins, but when it was finally my turn, two sales reps told me to hold on, then they went back to just tidy up the bags, SLOWLY. The third rep came, I told her "actually I just want to collect a reserved bag", then, she STILL told me to "hold on", while she went back to tidy up the bags. HOW ABSURD!!!! Why she cannot let me in at least to sit down and wait for her for a while?! Is this how the service suppose to be? I just want to collect and pay!!! Finally the 4th lady came and let me in, even offered me a bottle of water, how nice.....
Anyway, I would rather shop on 24S or go MBS but to visit this outlet again. So many place I can spend money without being told "hold on" so many times.
