★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a lip laque and only to find out the cover is cracked and I cannot even tighten it when I opened it the next day. Requested for an exchange the next day but was rejected with the manager stating that the beauty advisor had checked with me upon sales and it was of good condition. The check was merely to show it was the right colour code!
I wont mind an exchange in cover so I can tighten it properly but all I got was a no and there was no attempt to even try to suggest alternatives
I’m disappointed with this service standard and I’m never setting foot in this outlet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude service staff that don't bother to acknowledge your presence when you try to enter the store. They closed the barricade without informing / looking when you are waiting to enter. When you asked they impatiently said without looking at you "there are still a lot of customers inside so No, you cannot come in". Please educate your staff. I will just get my stuff online. Will Never patronise your store at Ion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is very bad for a luxury boutique. Went to buy something here today. The door assistant there stopped us from getting into the shop although she kept the barrier open, saying there is no sale assistance to attend. Went inside also, the sale assistance didn’t come while she just continued to do her stuff. What a lousy service a luxury brand can offer.

First said it's not Chanel product while the logo is obviously there.
Then "helping" to find the alternative brush by sending all the brush Chanel have. ?
Less than 5 mins later changed to "no more stock of the brush I'm looking for".
Saving time to get my inquiry correctly and accurate.
