β β β β β Your staff ( a short plump lady in her 50s) at EAT Northpoint was extremely rude scolding us for seating at the nearest foodcourt table. We had intended to bring EAT utensils back after eating as the stall was full. But your staff shouted across at us scolding us for causing them inconvenience. You can always exchange coins with them, they will help you to count too.

β β β β β Worst experience ever here at the Northpoint outlet. The staff have extremely bad attitude (the lady at the cashier and the lady serving food)! Shouting at fellow elderly staff who are cooking even with customers around, AND even shouting at customers!

β β β β β The lady staff wearing black i think she is supervisor is quite rude showing bad example. i was standing there for like 10 to 15 mins amd she pretends not to see me doing her cashiering and arranging her cash ignoring me untill i had to order .Then still have the cheek to ask me to wait one side while she serve my behind customer .why cant i wait there it is not obstructing the cashier...she has such a bad attitude pls do something n never even say thank you to me or call me to collect my order just stare at me to collect...This is so rude and unprofessional. Food is so so
