Convenient for quick wash and dryer for laundry near Orchard Rd. They do laundry in store. Somerset MRT next door. Also tried their dry clean which takes about 2 to 3 days.

Didn't expect to find a laundry store in Orchard Road area that wash clothes inside their store. Took me about 2 hours to get clothes wash, dry and fold. Convenient above NTUC in TripleOne Somerset. They also do dry clean. Staff is friendly. Mall a bit quiet but easy to find next to Somerset MRT.

Dropped off a comforter for laundry on wednesday afternoon, adding a note for them to call me to confirm before proceeding with the wash, the receipt noted pickup date to be friday. There was a lady at the counter on the day, informing me that laundry will take one day longer, hence saturday instead. There was no call from them at all, I wasn’t sure if it was washed. I came back saturday slightly after 6pm to pick it up thinking it’s 24hrs service just to learn it wasn’t ready by the machine, although ready date that the machine showed was the same day. I sent a whatsapp text to the provided number, never got a reply until sunday. It was short and curt, saying that comforter must be picked up at the counter. I had to come back again on Monday after lunch when the counter was open to pick it up. The comforter though has lost its fluffiness, feeling dry and flat. I can feel the cotton inside harden and shrunk. It’s technically ruined. I’m very disappointed but there’s no other channel to feedback this to. Service and quality are really not worth the price, do reconsider when sending your favourite items for laundry here. [Updating my review in response to the reply from Laundrymart] To be clear, the comforter had been sent to laundry before using normal laundry, not dry clean, and was absolutely fine. The staff did not consult dry cleaning as necessary and safer but only because it would be processed 1 day faster which is on Friday as noted on receipt. Nevertheless, if laundry is not a safe option, it should not be offered for any item at all. Not to be used as an excuse to say dry cleaning is safer. The comforter obviously had been over-blow dried hence shrunk and hardened. The item is damaged, that is the point you missed in your entire response.

I used this shop for handover contract of my condo. I am looking for a reasonable price shop and came across this shop. The owner responded timely about my questions and those responses were very clear to use the service. Overall, I satisfied the service. Now they offer free delivery,(Not include dismount and install) so I would recommend those who are looking for a reasonable curtain dry cleaning service.

Super horrible service. Staff has an attitude. They don't separate your whites and colours so when your whites get stained don't expect them to do anything about it. Staff is very rude and off putting. She makes snarky remarks. And their $25 per 10kg load price plan? They will charge you 50 if your load is 11kg.

Such rude service from the owner, not sure how they get any business at all with their lack of customer service skills. If you are looking for load laundry service (wash, dry & fold) - I’d recommend T laundry service nearby instead! (Whom we chose to do our later loads with!)

Worst customer experience! Do yourself a favour and go to T Laundry instead for better service!! Not only was the person rude and unpleasant when I spoke in English, but very unhelpful and offensive - she wrote ‘USA’ at the bottom of my invoice which I thought had read ‘LISA’. Clothes were thrown in the bag and unfolded upon collection. I am disgusted and will definitely not be returning!

Convenient laundry place near Orchard Road. Use when staying at nearby hotel. They have washer dryer inside store. Sometimes busy, best call or message them first if urgent.
