β β β β β I would like to promote mee hoon kuay from nam kee pau. The kuay is QQ and 'bouncey'! They knead the dough to pieces on the spot. Not ready cut type

β β β β β We have always loved Nam Kee Mee Hoon Kuay. But today, my hubs ordered 3 sets of Poh Chai Mee. 1 of the set, we requested for extra veg and mushrooms. Take note that WE PAID AN EXTRA $2 TOP-UP for this set. But when we got home, this particular set has ZERO MUSHROOMS AND NO ANCHOVY!???

β β β β β Went to order four 4 sets of Mee Hoon Kuay. Give 3 sets of chopstick and 2 plastic soup spoon. Before we left, ask them to double if all chopsticks and spoon inside, they say YES with attitude face. So we presume they are all there. But still short. You expect us to share the chopstick and plastic spoon to eat?
I would have give you 1-star rating if its not because your food taste still can make it. Please educate your staff the proper customer service attitude.
