I have been getting my haircuts from CJ for quite a while now and I have to say he is truly an asset for the company. His skills are amazing. My friends and colleagues have asked me where do I get my haircut from , and they have gotten it done by CJ as well. Both myself and my friends never leave the place disappointed. Besides his amazing expertise , CJ has a great personality that always makes me feel welcomed & puts a smile on my face. I have observed him doing so with every other customer as well. I have seen CJ work tirelessly and customers have and are always looking for him and yet he always has a smile on and does his work professionally. I cannot stress enough how amazing he is and again truly a great asset to the company.

I usually get my hair cuts done in about 15min. A simple no-frills hair salon offering very affordable prices for hair cut. Service is generally good and fast.

Not recommend to sign membership with them. They persuade you to sign haircut package with them, whenever you want to activate your membership card, they will ask if you are just doing haircut or other hair treatments, if haircut only, you have to wait more than 1hr even though you are the first in queue. They give those customers who wants to do more expensive hair treatments priority first then lie to you that the other customers already make booking earlier on!

Walked in without appointment. I requested for CJ after reading the good reviews. He had other bookings but he offered to cut my hair in between his slots. CJ was very professional and friendly, he was the only one who greeted me with a smile. I shared with him my preferred cut and he is able to deliver what I wanted. Thumbs up!! Thank you CJ :)

I am a member here and I brought my son for a haircut . The first staff (who looks new and looks like a tomboy ) said that she is not confident to cut boy’s hair so I asked the other lady at the counter if she can help to help to trim my son’s hair a bit because she gave my son a haircut before .She replied that she has an appointment with a customer later. I told her that it’s okay, I can wait. Maybe I will go eat and comeback. And her replied is “oh I have to do my customers hair for 3 hours” and her customer is the toilet right now. I felt uncomfortable with her reply and her action to me but I still told her that I can wait because I am already here and tell her how come she refused to cut in that way. Thankfully, the 1st staff came out and offered to cut without using a blade. Almost 20 min into the haircut, I didn’t see any customer come out from the toilet to look for the lady hairdresser. I felt that she had lied to me about her customer appointment and she just didn’t want to cut my son’s hair. I’m quite disappointed as a member of your shop of 3 years. I hope the management will look into this case and inform your staff to be more professional ??

Hairstyling skill was not there. I was serviced by a Chinese male stylist, I showed him a few pictures of how I wanted my hair to be cut. He proceeded to cut without following the picture i showed. I wanted curtain bangs but it turned out so short and weird. I told him it was much shorter than what i asked for but he said it just needed to be styled at home and left to the cashier. He did not show me the back of my hair with a mirror either. Overall unpleasant experience.

Totally agree with those reviews that this Chinese man do not have any customer service at all. Rude too. No skill at all with simple hair cut. For the sake of convenience, I stepped into this place thinking what can be so complicated for a short hair cut, right? I should have googled the place and read these reviews. I requested for a simple trim of my short hair, even showed a pic of it. I left with a hair that has patches of uneven cuts. Some part are over trimmed. My head skin is visible. Totally out of this world kind of hair cut. Biggest hair disaster I ever had. I had to go to a proper hair dresser to get my hair sorted out on the same day.

Hairstylists are professional and friendly. My friend recommended me to her salon, was a bit worried because of some reviews but glad that I came. Loving my hairstyle, definitely worth trying out!
