Kids Clinic @ Punggol by SMG

Clinic staff and Dr Dave are kind and nice. Thanks a lot for the great care all these years. We are always worried when Dr Dave goes on leave!

Amazing service by this clinic.Visited them a few times already since baby was only a few days old. Its quite a busy clinic since punggol has a lot of new families with young kids however the nurses were all very understanding and patient when handling the kids and the parents. Dr Dave is also amazing at always ensuring the best care for the kids and the most responsive so far in terms of communication as there was an incident where my baby was not feeling well at night and i had to email him a video and within minutes i get a reply from him. Overall experience is amazing and super blessed that a great clinic is just around the corner.

Very fun and friendly team of staff who are helpful, despite a busy clinic. Medicines work well, get well quickly. Dr Dave is really sharp and detect things swiftly. Very knowledgeable also. Will definitely recommend to my friend & family.

Dr. Dave explains the details of my son's conditions and his treatment approach during each consult. He answers my questions and further clarifies them into layman terms, which gives me a lot of assurance. He is definitely a Doctor with heart for his patients. Thumbs up to Dr. Dave and his team!

This is a very good PD clinic with fast movement of queue and fast service, quick recovery after medications and nasal suction for my child’s flu and cough. Never experienced it elsewhere before. Charges are expected for such high level specialist clinics, cannot be directly compared with GP clinics. Team works well together, but it gets very busy most of the time, hence please be understanding to them

Great doctor & staff. Despite having snaking queues, both Dr Dave and his staff have really impressed me. They are attentive and very responsive on emails; offering solutions. Dr Dave, always very meticulous and detailed in his explanation and plays an educatory role in making sure parents understand their children's health concerns and how best to resolve/mitigate them. Overall a really great clinic, which is probably why there are snaking queues.

We've been visiting Dr Dave since our son was 6 months old and must say that we are so lucky to have found him! Dr Dave provides exceptional support and is one of the most caring and dedicated doctors we've ever met. There were a couple times our son was ill and Dr Dave called to check on him after our appointment to find out if he's recovering well. We've never met a doctor who does that! We can tell Dr Dave takes exceptional pride in what he does and genuinely cares for his patients. The clinic handles a lot of patients day to day but we have never felt our appointments rushed through. While waiting times can be long, it is a testament to the level of service and expertise provided to the patients. The staff also tries their best to expedite waiting time but we must understand that due to the patient load, there's only so much they can do. We always make appointments beforehand and would suggest doing so to shorten waiting times. So far, we've been lucky to not have to wait for too long with appointments. Also, personally I find afternoons to be better during weekdays.

We have been bringing our baby to this clinic since he was born (both for development checks and checkups) and we are always greatly satisfied by the service and attention provided by Dr Dave and his team. Dr Dave is the only doctor who will consistently follow up with the parents through email and phone calls after checkups, and ensuring that medication is working and baby is getting better etc. He always goes the extra mile, even with a very heavy patient load and this is extremely appreciated. We are very happy that we managed to find a PD like him. He is very sharp, to the point and explains any concerns to us very clearly. Even after we move out of Punggol, we will still go back to his clinic if necessary.
