Agreed with the rest of customer Feeback, IMM sale girls are not friendly.

Was waiting to enter the store, understand that there are safe distancing measures. But the staff didn't even bother to let ppl in although the store is half empty as compared to five mins ago. Fine, then it's ok lor…so many other stores here. Bye!

Went to micheal kors to have a look on the bags. I was walking around to see any bags that im interested in while the staffs don’t even bother to look at me but just talking to each other. So, i came across to a sling bag which is in a glass drawer & one of the staff was there. He was just lying against the table & don’t even look at me. When i asked about the price, he talked to me in a lazy tone & even cold replied me. I think he was thinking that I was just asking but i’m not gonna buy it. So I asked him to take the bag out so I can have a look. He was just lazy to entertain me. When I said, “Ok, can i have one of this” he suddenly became very friendly & was like “OKAY. I will help u to find a new one” not the exact words he said. he suddeny changed his tone & became very nice. While he was finding the bag in the store room, me & my friend felt that he looked down on us on how we dress before i told the staff that i wanted the bag. we were very surprised & disappointed with the service. i really hope this will never happen in other outlets. just sharing my experience thanks

Went to MK IMM outlet and the Indian Sales Rep is rude and not friendly.. she is looking down at me and when i asked her about the discount price on the poster, her tone is not so nice. Not coming to this outlet again.

Me and my friend go to MK IMM outlet and the Malay Sales not friendly. I ask for shoes,and size what i want,and she say no size for me..She didn't even check the size.She just say “no”. And we go out,after 1 hour we see deffrent sales and we try to ask again for my size and he say they have..we buy 2 pair shoes and bag.. She and his friend So rude and not verry friendly…

There is a serious customer service problem with the staff in this outlet store. They are cold, indifferent and almost rude to the customers. Looks like none of the 3 ladies are interested in selling their products. They don’t answer queries properly & show irritation if you ask more than once. Ironically the store- manager was doing a stand up meeting with her staff on stores & customers while neglecting the customers in the store. No point going there even if there are good offers.

I have a very unpleasant experience at the MK outlet at IMM shopping mall (18/01/2022 about 1:30 or 2pm). The staff there were not so friendly, if I am not mistaken, she is malay. When I asked her about the price, she looked down on me and her tone wasn’t so nice. I went out for lunch, and after 1 hour I returned back to the store and approached another staff. I tried to ask him about the bag and shoes I wanted to buy, he was more friendly than she was, so I bought from him ?. This is just an advice, don’t judge people by our appearance, especially when it comes to customers. No! ??
