Just left the clinic. Reached at 850pm. And doctor was asking in an impatient tone. "What is it?!" He said. Told him my issue which happened to be a rash. Without checking he said I'll give u this medicine to apply. I then asked if there are any other possibilities like diabetes or allergy and he simply replied "u come at this hour, what kind of examination u want me to do?!" I was shocked beyond words. I took the medicine and left after saying I paid for your service. This is one clinic I'm NEVER coming back. Do me a favour. Don't go there too.

The Covid protocol is not up to date as in they will not update according to MOH requirements.

Dr Tan gave accurate diagnosis and referred me to a specialist for my long-term issue, which eventually went away completely. Appreciate the wonderful service by Dr Tan and his team!

Had an amazing experience with Dr Tan. He is really attentive and onto the point. Less than half an hour and I was in and out of the clinic, back home resting with the right medications. Kudos to Dr Tan ??

Went to this clinic with COVID symptoms and a positive ART. Wanted to get medicine for my symptoms and also get an official ART done. 1) First clinic ever that the doctor needs to see my blue CHAS card (this process of checking CHAS card stops at registration at every other clinic). 2) He prescribed antibiotics for me! Antibiotics are for bacteria infection!!! I have COVID! This is borderline malpractice. 3) The clinic closes as 430pm and a gentleman with his wheelchair bound father came at 426pm asking to see the doctor for a follow up visit. The front desk lady was kind enough to let them in. After that the doctor barged out of his office, violently pulled the clinic shutters down without asking or saying anything, causing a lady to be stuck in the clinic with her 2 young children outside. The front desk lady then helped to let the children in after that. The impatience is incorrigible. I was glad the queue was short in this clinic despite the pandemic. Now I know why. Never coming back here again.
