I was attended by Michelle who is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable enough to answer my queries and introduced me to the unique & lovely scents. She memorized all the ingredients by heart and gave necessary advice. I’ve never been introduced to scents like this before so I really appreciate her service ?. She even helped me ribbon the mini handkerchief to my bag. She’s definitely a gem! Love Penhaligon’s perfume in general and will surely be back for more.

Came by to get the Scent Library set as a gift and I was attended by her! She's so super courteous and warm that it made me felt very welcomed. Amazing customer experience and didn't hesitate to let me smell the scents after too, while she listened to me. AND SUDDENLY SHE GAVE ME A HANKY AND SPRAYED VAARA ON IT I was so touched. Thank you so much Shikin for giving me such a pleasant experience here!!! You're amazing in what you do!

I was spoilt for choice honestly but in the end Lord George reigns, and now (after few weeks using it), it has become a stable for grooming. Shout-out to Phylis for taking all the time to make us feel so comfortable to a new brand that we came to know only recently.
