I have always had the pleasure of the best service, attention and care from Janice and Myca and from the other members of the team in the Paragon store. The negative and nasty comments are just unfair and uncalled for in particular targetting Janice. Put yourself in their shoes. Put forward constructive criticisms rather than destructive ones. Be kind to one another.

In fact, I would like to commend her for following up on an observation I had from an earlier visit regarding the color difference between two bottles of a same fragrance. I was totally impressed by her initiative and timely follow-up. Highly recommend anyone to visit Escentials Paragon and look for Janice for good advice on fragrance and skincare products.

Paragon store is always nice and clean, friendly staffs (Janice and Myca) are always ready to offer their assistance and show you around if you are not able to find the product you're looking for. Both Janice and Myca are knowledgeable and professional advisors with a good synergy that provides excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of your visit to the store. They've got a lot of bad reviews, but in my experience, their customer service has been nothing short of excellent. Escentials paragon is where I regularly visit for beauty products now, thank you escentials for having such a WONDERFUL team in Paragon.

Special shout-out goes to Shervonne (who has since left), Janice and Myca at Paragon and Leanne at ION Orchard. These ladies have been nothing short delightful. They constantly keep me up to date with the latest arrivals, new products that suit my fragrance profile and skincare needs, and store specials to help make the most of my purchases. If you're looking for something different from the run-of-the-mill department store perfumes and commercial beauty brands, you'll surely find something there. In fact, it's a great destination for gifts to surprise and impress.

Called to check if it’s possible to do gift wrap for online purchases, but one keeps telling me to check with boutique, while the other ask me to check online/ email. Both of them had terrible attitude so don’t bother. Just walk in and purchase directly from the Paragon boutique.

She introduced me several brands of rose perfume, made me feel it, and then told me the difference between these perfumes. Finally, I Selected a satisfactory fragrance! As a perfume lover, I got to know and learn more about different brands of perfume from the knowledgeable staff, Ms. Janice, together with Myca. I've been with them for many years.
