I am very satisfied and beyond impressed with the Director Cut at Kelture Aveda, which would not have been possible without the excellent service by Augustine! Augustine went the extra mile to explain to me about my hair condition and what was needed for me to have healthier hair. He was very conscientious throughout the process, checking in with me, clarifying my doubts and explaining the different steps of the cut he was taking me through. I knew that I was in good hands and I could trust his advice and years of experience. During the hair wash, Abby was also very professional and I enjoyed the relaxing scalp and head massage! Overall, I had an amazing time at Kelture Aveda because of Augustine and Abby’s professionalism! I highly recommend the both of them when you are visiting Kelture Aveda! ??

Visited Kelture on Good Friday and I have to say I’m impressed by their professionalism and customer service provided. My hairstylist name is Augustine, I like his candidness when giving advices on hairstyles and color that suits me. Was praised by my friends and family when they saw my new hairstyle. Would surely come by again and definitely recommend Kelture to friends!

Had a very great experience here! My stylist Kelvin changed my long frizzy hair for a brand new fresher look. He also taught me how I could take better care of my hair, and ended off by teaching a few ways I could style my hair for different looks. Would definitely recommend Kelture for all your hair needs!!

The staff was very friendly and nice! I am very satisfied with the outcome of the hair. Joanne was colouring my hair and was very patient to my requests and did an amazing job! She was very amicable and we had a nice chat during the time I was at the place. The colour turned out very pretty and the curling added a nice touch to the hairstyle! Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to have your hair coloured and styled.

I came for my first ever hair makeover with Kelture on the 12th June. For the first time, their service is really very comprehensive, from the hair trim, the dyeing process, hair wash and the curls. It was immaculate. When I came in, Kelvin and Joanne came over to walk through my needs with them. When I said I wanted my fringe to shape my face, she knew exactly what I wanted, and made the special effort to shape it while trimming my hair. Overall for the trimming part, she did layering and trimming, lasted about 30-45 min. While cutting my hair, we had a conversation and I found her to be really friendly. After that for the dyeing, I always knew I wanted balayage but without bleaching given that I didn't want to damage my virgin hair. So she helped me to coordinate 1 brown tone which could emphasis the layerings of my balayage. The dyeing process took a relatively long time. It took about 30-45 min to put the hair dye and clip up with aluminium. Then I was placed under the dyeing machine for the next 30-45 min. I think during this time, rmb to bring some entertainment, an ipad or smth to watch some movie, read some books. After a nice head massage and a good hair wash, they proceeded to help me dry my hair and gave me a complimentary curl for the balayage. All in all service here was good, now I can see why it was hard to book a good appointment slot on weekends. Really need to book in advance to get the slot you want:) Pro: good hair styling service, no hard-selling, professional, good washing and head massage at the same time

Got my hair done by Chew from Kelture. He is very professional in advising the kind of hair colour and hair style I should go for as I had bleached my hair before. Instead of bleaching my whole head again, which is super damaging, he suggested to have highlights which turned out super nice and I LOVE IT!!! Definitely will recommend Kelture if you want to have a hair makeover :)

Went in to Kelture being quite unsure of what style I should change my hair to, and came out with new hair that I loved. On top of the fact that the hairstylists there are professional and able to advise me on the best possible choice, they were both caring and hospitable, making my appointment a very comfortable one. As I previously had highlighted my hair, the head hairstylist advised against bleaching my hair again as it would cause more damage to my already unhealthy hair, and also patiently explained to me how dyeing over the highlights would not aid in changing the colour to the desired shade due to the bleach. Not only did I learn something new, but also got professional help in selecting the best color for my hair according to my skin tone. Moreover, I showed a picture of a layered haircut that was in mind, and it was perfectly imitated in the end result. I was extremely excited with the end results with the soft blowout and curls!

I got my hair done by Joanne who is an absolute angel! She made sure to tell me exactly what she was going to do to my hair and what to expect! My hair turned out looking absolutely amazing, the end result exceeded my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised! I really enjoyed my time at Kelture and the service here is exceptional! The place is clean and the staff are friendly, professional and approachable. Thank you for having me!
