★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by kk. Best saleswoman you’ll find in tan boon liat building. Delivery was timely and the product itself is awesome. Bought a 2m oak wood dining table which turned out perfect. Also bought 2 of the rattan chairs. Really good quality and finish, and prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend FAQ habitat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a very nice TV console table from FAQ Habitat and there are only positive things to say about them from the time we entered into the store till the time we took delivery at home. Apart from the nice collection they have, the staff is very professional and courteous with answering questions and making sure we are satisfied with our selection. After the purchase, they coordinated the delivery very diligently. I am sure we will go back when we need new furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an enjoyable experience at their showroom at Tan Boon Liat Building.
The sales person KK was very friendly and not intrusive. Knowledgeable and was able to give appropriate suggestions regarding maintenance and color. I would say the sofa are not cheap but sofa workmanship and material was of a high quality.
There was some hiccups in the delivery but a lot of effort and apologies went into the recovery. I would recommend the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn’t expect to buy get our sofa from FAQ Habitat but Karenlyn explained all the benefits of a therapy sofa in detail and we knew we had to go for it. She was very patient and attended to all our queries to our satisfaction.
The after sales service was really helpful as well. We had to change our delivery schedule a few times and each time they accommodated to us with no hesitation. Overall my family and I are very happy with our purchase.
