★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst clinic ever! I went to clinic and receptionist was super rude. The way she spoke to me was really abrupt and demanding tone of voice. And when I asked something, she replied me with frown face and lectured me instead of explained.
I was very unhappy and decided to go to another clinic even though far from my place.
It was worst and unpleasant experience and I wont go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family loves Dr. Jenny who extensively assesses patients before prescribing any medication. She takes time performing physical checkup and queries to gather data. So be ready to wait patiently if she’s the doctor on call. It may take around 10-15 mins per patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went, Dr Alice Lee as always very nice and professional. She talks in a very calm and friendly way. Honest and helpful. Receptionist I know some patients would feel annoyed with ..but they just doing their best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are super understanding and non-judgmental, they are very direct, knowledgeable, and experienced. Only not 5 stars as you should an hour-long wait unless you are here on a weekday afternoon or start queuing before registration time. It takes about 10 mins per patient. Stay close when there are about 6 numbers before you as lots of people will leave to avoid waiting in the aircon and then the queue will skip. Receptionists are firm but clear and helpful, kind of like fierce dim sum aunty in HK style, they don’t mean anything :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refuse to take in any patient despite us coming to them before closing and telling us off without even understanding we are actually in ALOT of pain and took a very long time to come to the clinic for a jab.
Very rude nurse / counter staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the counter is so rude. Every time I visit this clinic, she seems like angry at something always. When I first time visit here, she didnt even say Hi or hello. What she did is just straing at me and rolling her eyes. I hope she can find some other job other than being rude to patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic states 1630hrs close, rushed there 1610hrs (I can't choose what time I'll be very sick) , reception lady was rude and not willing to take in patients. Was told they stopped taking patients at 1615hrs and the lady reception rolled her eyes when I told her it's only 1610hrs. (There's not many patients waiting there, I can understand if there's already alot of patients waiting but there's not)
Shouldn't be working in a clinic if she has no sympathy towards a sick patient. I feel sorry for the doctors there for having such bad counter staff. Now I know why ratings are so bad, don't even worth a star but there's no lower ratings to choose. If you are not very sick or emergency, just go to another further clinic please.
