β β β β β The doctor himself and his service is quality enough. I don't agree with others claimed the doctor don't listen his patient and speaks fast, rather that simply his style. I am seeing him for past 10 years and he always listen well enough and agreed first thing he will ask whether you have this medicine that medicine before he prescribe. That is what we must appreciate... he is not there to sell medicine and make money rather he is serving the public. kudos to him and the staffs... I even chose this clinic to complete the vaccination of my kids.

β β β β β Not only does Dr Woon charges low fees, he is very accurate and experienced in his diagnosis. He immediately referred me to a neurologist after I explained my symptoms and was found then that I had meningitis. I went to 2 other GPs nearer to my house before him and they just said I overworked and needed to rest (was also charged twice as much than Dr Woon). Yes queue can be long and place is not well furnished but what's important is that you have a good diagnosis. If you have genuine concerns let him know and he will also explain to you in depth.

β β β β β Doctor Wong is an experienced doctor who shows empathy and patience for his patients.
For first timer who visit Dr. Wong for consultation, heads up for you is that Dr. Wong has a monotone-like voice when he speak but I can assure you that this doesn't reflect his professionalism and expertise on his diagnostic for individual.
Dr. Wong focuses on your purpose of visit, after you have explained your illnesses/issues to him then you can ask all of your concerns e.g. what is the possible cause of your illness or how long it will take to recover etc. He is more than willing to explain and provide the adequate advices.

β β β β β Have been going to this place since Ive known its presence..ie..abt 20yrs..does not over charge you. Blood screening package is also very affordable, 138/- only. The furnishings may be run down and the waiting time may be long, Dr may sound like he's talking too fast and dont give you too much eye contact..just state all your concerns, he will listen and wont misdiagnose you, you will see him busy scribbling down what you tell him... Gd doctor...prices remain affordable over 20 years, what else you want.. Reception staff is nice too. kudos. grateful??..
Nearby theres a kopi shop too..just go for a drink n pass time while you wait?

β β β β β I am giving 5 Star and thanks for Doctor and Reception staff also, Really Doctor is very kind and helpful person and his consultation and lab test charges are very reasonable and affordable.
The Doctor advise us to take very necessary test only and this is highly appreciated.
Once again my heart felt Thanks to Doctor and staff of the clinic.
I will strongly recommend this Doctor and clinic to All of my friends and family members too...

β β β β β Very good doctor... He is very caring,experienced and examine clearly.And must say very helpful and friendly doctor and staff. My first ever doctor after shifting to Singapore.very affordable.My 2yr old son had vaccination here.He is really a perfect family doctor. even though I shifted to Bedok from senkang.I cm back here for any issues.Thankful for the doctor and staff

β β β β β 2nd time visit after diagnosis with same issue, the doctor only kept asking your advice how and next instead of his professional expertise advise given. Request customer to wait outside the clinic under direct late afternoon sun for just registration only, the clinic is empty with chill aircon. The reason given by doc is because of COVID which not applicable 2 weeks ago. No room of accepting feedback or suggestion for improvement. The doctor is using technological for recording but working very slow even knowing the patient still waiting under the sun.Overall experience worst especially seen fever patient standing direct sun. The professionalism is worst than a new graduate doctor canβt give professionalism advice and help.
