Five Guys

I hate to say this but the quality is different from the one I had in Dubai. Something is just different, probably the quality of the beef. There wasn't much flavor and seems rather bland though I had other commitments with it. And for $25 bucks for a burger and shake? Very questionable? I could probably make a better burger hands down ?

Our favourite burger place. I remember being in an outlet (this was not in Singapore) and seeing a poster saying you won't find any deep freezers in their restaurants). True. Very tasty burgers. Good fries. Fantastic shakes. Pricey though. Bright lively atmosphere. The small burger is big enough for us. Plus fries and shakes. We are parents with young adult sons. Once we chose the regular size burgers they come with double patties too, and were much too full.

Cheeseburger didn’t disappoint - one of the best burger in Sg but costly. Burger had no part thats dry, every part was juicy, oily and tasty. There was heaps of free add ones but not all goes well together. I carefully picked only a few (onions, mayo, ketchup, mushroom) making it simple. Fries was generous in portion and even better than the fries. Next time I’ll get the larger size! Burger and fries with no drinks $22 so abit costly

Staff were nice and friendly, ensuring food served on time, place kept clean and dry. Fries portion was just nice, lightly salted, and crispy on the outside. Burger was not too bad either...patty was well done and juicy. Not too crowded as it was slightly after lunch time. Overall decent.. Will definitely consider coming back again to try the other flavors.

I went into this store in ION with the same expectations I thought I would get from the one in London. I recalled I was raving about the appropriately sloppy and greasy burgers packed with a beefy patty and the right amount of crust that held a satisfying, juicy meal together. But it was not so. The burger foil was soaked in grease. That took away the foreplay the wet and juicy burger. After I worked my way through, the buns were limped, wrinkled, and soaked in grease. But on the flip side it’s shiny. The beef patty came apart quite easily. At the end of the meal, one would think you had just eaten Ba Chor Mee (minced meat noodles) with bits and pieces all over. It’s messy (way messier than the experience I had in London) so we ended up with more napkins to clean up the table. I think for such a novelty treat, maybe once in a while it’s ok. But for sure it’s not a place for frequent visits. Too costly and it will be good to have a washing point in the joint.

One of the other burger chain that I would spend my calories on. The burger is huge so unless one is a big eater (ladies) it’s hard to finish one whole cheeseburger. The Dutch fries pairing is a must (even tho some might consider it pricey) - these are dutch potatoes and not the tasteless russet found in most fast food chain.

Don't think the locals like us have burgers daily/ weekly.. so I consider this a burger treat.. especially when you feel like a heart attacking greasy American cheeseburger.. and add to that more calories from their Dutch potato fries (very worthy calories though). Yes, they are a tad pricey, but then again, not having this every other day (and nobody should!)

It's so delicious we've ordered 3 times in less than 5 days! Their burger patties werw cooked just right so they remained juicy and warm. My grandsons loved it! Hot dogs were okay and fries are the real thing. These will be our go to burger place when it comes to home delivery.
