β β β β β Nothing fantastic, mediocre buffet spread. The restaurant was also understaffed, food were only replenished after constant reminded by diners. The pool outside for both hotels look stunning though.

β β β β β Went for weekend buffet, good quality spread with sections for western(roast beef, roast lamb, buttermilk chicken etc)Chinese and Indian cuisines. Good value for money at $78 per pax... however, dessert selection is pathetic...

β β β β β This is located in the new Novotel Hotel along Stevens road. The buffet has a good spread of local (laksa, roast meat, bak kut teh, chilli crab, popiah) and wester dishes (roast leg of lamb, fish and chips, seafood with a generous serving of fresh oysters). The also a Indian food section and dessert corner. Price is reasonable compared to some of the more well known buffets downtown. Look out for Eatigo promotions.

β β β β β A great experience at the Food Exchange. Really nice ambience & the food is good too. Love the roast beef ,pork collar & the crabs. Although the spread is not big & there's no oysters, the service makes up for it. The waitresses were attentive to our needs. Even the counter staff were very professional, bringing us (first time there) up to the restaurant personally. Overall a wonderful night out with my company colleagues. Buffet on promo via Maybank for 50% 2nd person. Worth the visit!

β β β β β It a good place for tourists to try many local dishes here. Good spread of local food. The roast lamb leg was really good when i had that day. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was not crowded.

Went for one of the festive buffets and there were numerous cuisines available including Japanese sashimi and sushi, Indian, western roasts and local cuisine.
Overall I feel that the buffet is value for money considering the great variety. Western and Japanese Cuisine was good.
However, for the other Asian dishes the taste of the food could be improved in the aspect of authenticity. For instance, the Indian Dishes could do better with more Indian spices to provide more flavour. Similarly for the Chinese Cuisine. Though, the taste could have been tailored for international guest.
