Promotion of one for one hēi chocolate ice cream was nice and creamy. But the box not so useful for ice cream. Difficult to eat the corners. Should be rounded. The spork (spoon + fork) utensil was also not so great in scooping ice cream. But the ice cream taste was good. The staff was friendly enough. Not much ambience to speak of. Just a cafe place. There’s other food and drinks like chocolate cakes and hot chocolate drinks also available.

Bought 2 boxes of cookies on 15/12/21. Wanted to eat the Black Cocoa & 70% Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 weeks later but found the individually packed cookies were mouldy although the best before date was March 2022. Contacted Awfully Chocolate for a refund but did not ever get a response after their first reply despite repeated chasers. Beware, check before buying!

A nice spot to share lovely cakes n coffee with friends. The service was friendly and warm.

Tried the all chocolate cake for the first time and can’t say I’m super impressed. While there’s no complaints overall, there isn’t anything to shout about too - would definitely prefer prefer the flourless cake, only if they have it in a smaller size (was at $98 for 2kg when I last bought it).

Give a zero score to this terribly awful service. The worst case ever i experienced in a Cafe. This is the new year eve and we just want a coffee with old friends in five pax. When seated, the curly haired mid age female staff came with rude and yelled at us because we sat in a table in the capacity of 4. There was no sign or label of table capacity at the first place. And later she checked contact tracing just as we owe her a million dollar. We all understood need to do vaccine check but please mind your service manner. You are a Cafe staff not police officer. She did not even learn to say 'excuse me' before informing customers. We felt so disappointed and asked to talk to the manager. She told she is the manager (with arrogance) and yelled if you are not happy ' fine you leave the table'. We all got stun at the response. OF COURSE WE HAVE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE SERVICE as customers. We are the second/ third group left the shouting lady at the same period. The other group were with kids and elderly, seeing the lady shouting with so confused faces. This is the quality of service with awfully chocolate. Would never again enter your service. Thanks.

Tables were littered with trash. Customers had to bring in the used plates & cups to the staff. Staff were super slow and the woman with glasses & permed hair (that look like instant noodles) is super rude. I asked her whether they sell sliced cakes. She said yes, it’s displayed by the window. I didn’t know what was displayed window so I told her I want a slice of cake and she told me they don’t sell a slice and in a condescending tone. So do they sell a slice or do not sell a slice? That woman didn’t greet or say thank you to the customer as well. Not sure lack training or lack basic etiquette. Rude and inefficient staff. Now I know what’s awful in awfully chocolate

Their stuffs tasty, dark and rich The issue I might have is… They should serve water Rightfully be covered with the prices of the drinks and dessert I like to taste the rich chocolate after I drink Is it not something AC could consider?
