โ โ โ โ โ not my first time here, and i always had a very pleasant experience here. Dr Rockey Fong was very meticulous in his work and he left no questions unanswered. He guided us through the sterilization and vaccination procedures to make sure were assured that our babies (cats) were in good hands. Their vet tech Eunice was also very knowledgeable and patient when she was dispensing the meds and collecting payment. The clinic even made a follow up call to see how my cat was doing post sterilised despite them already giving us the post-op instructions.
My husband and I were very impressed. Would recommend this vet clinic to anyone who has pets. For sure this will be my go-to clinic when it comes to my cats. Thanks again Dr Rockey and Eunice!

Dr Rockey answered all my questions,Isabel and Eunice were very helpful and accommodating to my requests. Thank you for always giving your best for our pets. Will always be my go-to vet clinic!

This was around slightly before Christmas last year. My dog was sick and I was promised that the swab test result would be out in 3 working days. It took about 6 working days. I closed one eye seeing that it was the festive period. However, when Dr. Rocky called to inform me of the results, he told that there were delays on the labs end. Truth to be told, the date on the lab test results came out around 3 working days and I even clarified that on the labโs end by calling them. So if anyone was late, it was Dr. Rocky. I do not like being lied to. The one who suffers is not us though. Itโs the pet. Late results = late intervention.
And one more significant hiccup. I was charged for the price of two bottles of antibiotics but the nurse only dispensed me one. I did not even realize that until I finished the bottle before the recommended duration and called them up to check. I had to go down on site once more to get the second bottle to make up for their error.

โ โ โ โ โ I realised the earlier review due to some misunderstanding and therefore I would like to update it.
Actually, after careful observation I found the Doctor and whole team very helpful and hardworking. Even too many clients coming continuously still they trying hard to accommodate them within very little manpower.
I am very very satisfied with the Doctor and he like a family Doctor to our pet. From very first appointment almost 3 years back till now he has been very kind and helpful to our pet. His knowledge and approach of treatment extraordinary. Really really appreciate them for their great work which saves many of our lovely pets.
Thanks a lot and would like to recommend every pet owner to this clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Rockey and the team of staffs have been super patient and gentle with my baby (she's whiny and tend to bite). His diagnosis is always spot on and he will suggest only the appropriate tests/procedures, while informing me about the estimated cost beforehand. He make the effort to explain the condition of my dog in mandarin for the benefit of mum. My mum is super impressed with his dedication. The clinic is clean and the overall price is also reasonable. Thank you Dr Rockey and the wonderful staffs!

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Rockey and his team are very detailed and responsible. They constantly follow up with me to ensure that my dog is responding well to treatment because of his condition. Unless some vets that I have visited in the past, they do not over treat but only recommend the necessary treatment after a detailed assessment. Thanks Genesis!

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Rockey is very friendly and patient. He will explain very clearly and easy to understand. First time visit and puppy was already very excited and active, compared to his first visit with another vet.
Sterilization process went very smoothly and they printed out the after care steps (so definitely didn't had to worry about forgetting anything),even got a call the next day from them to check up on my puppy to make sure he was ok too.
