Really pleasant first-time visit. Nurses and Dr Yin Yin were patient and kind towards my dog. Helpful advice were given during consultation and over phone call after the visit when I had queries. Medical fees are reasonable and affordable, glad that my dog has recovered after a few days with the injection and medicine given. Thank you!

My first time to Passion Vet Clinic and was attended by Doctor Aidil. My dog poodle is 4 years plus is going for her yearly vaccination. It's the first time a vet made her bleed profusely. I saw red blood came oozing out of her flesh and spread across her white fur. Then later he tried to clean up the area with some liquid and gauze. When I asked him how I should clean it at home, he said I need to buy the liquid from them... I replied " you made my dog bleed and I still need to pay for the medicine?" Then afterwards he said it will be free of charge. He is so unprofessional and inexperienced after seeing so many vet. In contrast, the counter nurse's service is really professional and comfortable.

Been here for about 5 times with my pet, I have to say that after trying my best to like this place due to the convenience and seemingly good reviews, most of the visits were rather unpleasant. First, I just want to emphasize that the vets there has good intentions towards the animals and their charges are reasonable. Vets wise, I’ve conversed with Dr Soong, Dr Aidil and Dr Kerrie. Only vet that I enjoyed talking to was Dr Soong. The other 2 vets were hard to communicate with, they did not explain much about my dog’s conditions or results, and one of them even expected her to go through lifetime medication without explaining in details. Almost all information were only answered when asked. I do not wish to go into details but as a doctor, you should try to understand from a guardian’s point of view, instead of just throwing medication and wait for me to answer yes or no. It is very distressing. When I ask about other possible causes, the worse reply that one can receive is “I’ve been a vet for xx years so i know”, not everyone is challenging you, I am simply asking sincerely out of concern for my pet. The clinic is very small and yet I always have to wait up to 30minutes to see the vet, i would suggest to provide a queue system or call when there are delays. Visiting the vet with my pet is also hard to predict at this point of time with covid, sometimes I can’t even see the vet with my dog and it wasn’t informed beforehand. They just bring my dog in for the check up/jab and I’d have to accept it at the very last minute. Lastly, calls are rarely answered, I’ve been to the clinic where phone calls are just left ringing for up to 5 minutes. I’m not sure if they are understaffed. With lack of answering calls, they used to reply to Facebook messages, but recently it has also stopped. I no longer have a way to find someone to talk to regarding appointments or ask about the instructions for medications. Other clinics I’ve been to would have their vet speak to me when called, or answer through emails, but at passion vet I can only go through staffs, which causes even more delays when passing of messages are required. Not to forget, calls are often unanswered. With Dr Soong no longer working here, I’m not sure if I will be coming back anytime soon. But I hope this review will be taken with consideration and hopefully my dream of having a good neighborhood vet will one day be fulfilled.

Called in to ask whether the need to make an appointment, the person replied no, say can just walk in. Saturday, reached at 4:27 pm after taking a taxi as pets are not allowed on MRT. The receptionist said that there will be an extra surcharge of $50 for services after 4:30 pm, then say the doctor is doing surgery on a pet with other nurses. Well played. I wasted my time and money just to get told to leave. Why bother setting the closing time to 5 pm? Just set to 4 pm lah.

We enjoyed our consultation with Dr Jeffrey today. He was very detailed, patient, thorough, open to our opinions and honest! We will definitely ask to see him in the future.

Very patient & helpful even just for a phone call consultation. We need more of this kind of compassion & selfless service in Singapore ? kudos

If i could give an 0 stars, i would. They are closed at 4pm. I arrived there at 3.15pm. Was told there was an "after hrs" consultation. So the consultation with the doc due to walk in is $48 and $84 for the after hr. The recep told me they could see my cat now. But after awhile she told me the doctor was on break. Must wait till 5pm. So i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
