Woodgrove Veterinary Services - 30 Woodlands Ave 1

Brought my really sick cat to Woodgrove Vet some time back when she was first adopted and they have been my regular vet ever since. Also brought my rescue cat to get treatment from Dr Enoka. Dr Enoka and team are really nice, and they always make sure to follow up on my cats over Whatsapp. I look forward to bringing my cats to them for their yearly vaccination.

They told me if my dog needs to be vaccinated there, i must install The microchips at their clinic, otherwise the doctor won't give my dog a shot. They try to tell me it is a regulation in Singapore, but other Clinic never say it is a must. Plus my dog is only 2 months old, why she shld suffered from putting microchips into her body while she is so young? Nonsense veterniary!

I love this place. Simple, knowledgable, nice doctors and nurses. I will always prepare an add on cost after certain procedures as I believe they will check thoroughly.

One of the first and only vet that my dog revisits, the receptionist at the counter was always very friendly and helpful (even over the phone as well)! Not sure about other vets, but Dr Enoka charges the consultation at a affordable price point :)

My dog had eye infection and was told that walk-in consultation costs $70, but could have been $38 if we made appointment. I went quite early at 915am when there was nobody and they said they were fully booked for the day so I cannot make any same-day appointment. Dr Enoka was professional in dealing with my dog and gave 3 types of medication.

brought 3 of my cats here to see dr enoka for various reasons —dental scaling, sterilization, blood test & consultations and every visit has been a pleasant experience! dr enoka is a very detailed & wonderful vet who cares about the wellbeing of her patients. the receptionists are extremely friendly & clear in their explanations too. cost wise definitely affordable. thank you woodgrove vet!

When both my hubs and I were infected with Covid, my furry friend fell ill too. She had diarrhea and vomiting for three consecutive days. Once Dr Enoka learned of our predicament, she immediately held a short video call with us, prior to performing a surgical procedure for her next appointment. After taking the medication, my pet shows immediate improvement. The team even went an extra mile to follow up on her condition after one week. Excellent service. I'm truly impressed! Highly recommended!! 5⭐?

First of all.. this place is overly packed. The Dr is definitely nice but sometimes she seems to be rushing - there are just too many patients waiting for her attention. We as pet parents have tons of questions as we do not understand what is happening to our sick pet. So if you looking for a Dr who will take time to address every single issue, then this is not the place. They close at 6pm so everything is done quickly. They do have a Whatsapp number however it is of no use! If you were to send videos or ask for any emergency advice on things happening to your pet, you will not get a response. If you call them directly for advice they will try to find some answers and come back saying the Dr is busy. I was even given a choice to bring my pet to another vet. Pet Parents should only consider this place for annual vaccinations or for neutering. I would strongly NOT recoomend this place if your pet is diagnosed with a more serious or complex issue. Do go to a vet where they are wiling to ask relevant questions and attend to all your concers without rushing for time.
