Mount Pleasant Veterinary Centre (Mandai) - 236 Yishun Ring Rd

Brought my cat here for a check-up and spay and had a most excellent experience. The vet was so gentle and patient handling my scared cat and made sure to make her feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible. He was equally patient and thorough in explaining the procedure to me, outlining its risks and benefits, the timeline of the procedure and the aftercare required as well as the alternatives and costs for medications. Would 100% recommend this clinic for your pet.

Called urgently for an avian vet. The woman who answered the phone said they were fully booked. I asked if I could do a walk-in because my lovebird was sick. I said I was willing to wait..She coldly said, "well, you are not the only one. No walk-in". With this kind of arrogant and unfriendly manner, I don't think I will even attempt a visit.

Dr Goria bird specialist was in clinic every Tuesday and Saturday.

last week we sadly had to say goodbye to our companion Rusty . We so appreciate Dr. Joshua and the staff in their support, care and guidance during Rusty’s Illness. Rusty left us surrounded by love and with much dignity. We truly thank you all! The Joosa family

I called for appt and when I reached there, she said that all doctors are busy and also informed that the kitten wasn't been brought there for previous checked. and even mention that the kitten not listed in that place. this is very disappointing.

Called in the Mount Pleasant Mandai at 09:30am on Wednesday, 13th July for my fur kid due to a medical emergency. I believe it was Ms. Xue Ting who attended to the call and she was kind enough to slot me in last minute without any prior appointment. Dr Joshua was very detailed while explaining about my cat’s condition if left untreated and discussed the treatment costs that’ll be involved before proceeding further. Staffs over the counter have been very understanding and helpful whenever I had queries. It wasn’t my usual veterinary, as it was closed on every Wednesdays and other places were on appointment basis only. Albeit, it may be a little costly but the staffs are willing to go the extra mile to help. Being my first time here, the overall experience with Mount Pleasant has been a great experience. Dr Joshua has a great team! They did their due diligence to follow up and keep me updated on my cat’s current condition from time to time, even after their working hours. As a pet owner who is constantly concerned and anxious, the help that has been extended and assurance goes a long way! Thank you so much once again! Would definitely recommend this vet to everyone! ⭐️

The vets there are so tender caring & I have been to this place for a longest time. Bird expert, Dr Gloria & my furkid's Doctors Joshua & Tricia are one of my most recommended practitioners. They are very gentle & tend to every needs with much consultations & discussions that very pet owners would preferably want hoping for the best of treatments that anyone could possibly imagine off during vulnerable situations. Hats off to Doctor Jousha for his loving nature towards animals during treatments as well. I have even treated strays that were rescued here. & not forgetting the receptionists & vet techs their service are simply far most the best I have seen & experienced in any other vet clinics by farrr. Very polite & humble staffs!! :) My boy goes there regularly for his tapping & it's quite a sudden & long procedure that might need attention on an irregular basis and all of them at Mandai Vet are very accommodating. (Andy, an ex-staff was also another genuine soul who looks out for animals while during treatments. Thank you all for your services so far & just a heads up from one of your patient's owner that you guys are all doing an Amazing job & I would always gladly recommend this vet to anyone & everyone. 4.5⭐/5⭐ Dr. Gloria was informative and detailed. Left me assured and confident in leaving my little furry family member in her care. That said, there was a case of misinformation between receptionist and another female doctor which would have made my visit a 5⭐. I implore that everyone get their information from the doctors themselves and double check with the receptionist. Triple checking if information doesn't tally.
