Very yummy pancakes which are served fresh and hot. Must try the peanuts pancake. The owner is very generous with the peanuts. There are also Red bean and coconut pancakes. Not to forget, peanut pancake is also available but must order separately. Highly recommended!

Love the ming jang kueh (peanut pancake). Texture is just nice, there's lots of filling variety, too- peanut, coconut, red bean. And more economical at 80 cents per slice, compared to $1.10 elsewhere. The pan variant (12 slices, or the whole large pan) is very popular at $8, vs $9.60 calculated per slice; this can be made up of different filling types. Their tag line is "Rolling back the years". I just love the taste! ??

Everyone seems to loved this pancake, however I find it the dough is bit thin and too soft, coconut is too sweet for me. The crust is good though.

Usually peanut pancakes are a little dry for me. Well Granny's solve the issue. Welcome the peanut, peanut butter pancake. Generous amount of peanut, good sized piece. Perfect for any meal!

Granny's Pancake (Redhill Market) Recently tried this pancake (min jiang kueh) at Redhill Market and thought it tasted rather good, without looking at the signboard. This morning, as I was packing 4 slices I took a glance and saw the signboard. It is indeed a really yummy pancake, the dough as well as the filling. The texture is just so good, soft and not too dense and still have that little bit of the QQ chewy texture. I am always partial to the peanut filling (very generous amount stuffed in between) but tried the red bean as well. Highly recommended.

My peanuts filling were already slightly moist. Apart from that, the peanut filling is really fragrant & coarser than usual ones out there. Would have been better if they are more generous with peanuts filling!

Went for lunch and managed to get the last few pans of the peanut pancake. The fillings for the peanut pancake was very generous. Go for the peanut + peanut butter pancake if you don't want fillings to spill all over the place as the peanut butter acts as an adhesive. Overall, good taste and would rate it above average.

If you're looking for a tea time snack, this will be a great addition to whatever snacks you have in mind. The pancakes here are actually really old school, really fluffy, and really yummy. Really nice to see them all being made fresh in front of you, and that people are buying it enough to move the pancakes through. Do get their peanut butter pancake, and make sure to have it whilest warm. The other flavors are good to keep for afternoon teabreaks. There are so many other stalls around Singapore that run the risk of making one pan, but nobody buys them, and having to slowly sell off one slice at a time. This stall doesn't.
