N	Nur Amazing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic for pre employement is really terrible. Keep sending the report to the wrong company. Waste my money for 3 times. Poor communications among staffs and nurses. And the service is very slow. Very long waiting time.
J	JD Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses ching on you is in good attitude. But the system is just in chaos. Especially if you are taking up a package. They don’t really arrange those items requires fasting together. I had blood test at 8. Now is 12:20 and I am still waiting with empty stomach. Strongly suggest go for another vendor when do package check up. Also, you found yourself running back and forth between 2 buildings a lot.
n	nu fadhlin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service on all aspects. I went on the 26/7 for my medical check up. Not organise & not helpful. It’s my first time to do a pre employment check up as required but when asked to be directed where to go, nurses were reluctant to help; showing faces, wincing & sighing as you ask assuming you know where to go. When ask if there was anything else after medical examination, I was told I can go curtly. The nurses did not inform me that I needed to bring a collection slip once the results is out and upon collection. Called the number to check if my medical examination is ready, the receiver, Adeline was agitated and not ready or unwilling, I would say, to what I need to say/ask and again sighing to my request. I would not recommend or would want to visit any of your clinics with what I had experienced.
N	Nguyễn Thị Thanh Mai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate 0 star! Today I got my 2nd (and final) dose of Boostrix and MMR vaccination for pre-employment as scheduled on the vaccination card. After I left the hospital, a staff called me to inform that the vaccine I took today is INVALID, because it was administered too early!!! It should have been 6 weeks after the 1st dose, and not 2 weeks like they have scheduled for me. Now I must come back again 6 weeks later to vaccinate for the 3rd time to "correct" my vaccination records. All thanks to this horrible mistake. Also, no apologies at all from the hospital staff about this incident over the phone. Very disappointing Raffles Hospital! 0 star from me!
D	Dartii K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we arrived at 1617 (4:17pm), was told by front of staff that duration to complete the medical checkup was the same as visiting other private hospitals, about an hour. now currently it is 1910 (7:10pm), and we are still waiting on a doctor consultation that should not take more than 10-15mins per patient? waste of resources, as there are 3 qualified doctors doing your physical measurements but only 1 doing consultation?? this does not seem like efficiency from a staffing standpoint. the experience can be emphasized by fellow patients who have waited 3 or more hours on 30 Dec 2021 that have rescheduled their appointments to other days instead due to the long wait. Lesson learned. Highly doubt i will visit here again for a health checkup and i recommend others to not visit as they have problems dealing with large numbers of people and also over-promising people that the health check up only takes “1hr for everything”.

Their faq in the app stated the meds will be delivered within 4 hour. Called their 24 hotline and then claim that its a 6 to 10 hr wait. No attempt on their end to inform patient on such a long wait time.
T	Tam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience. 2 people cut queue at level 2 pre- employment counter and nothing was done by the staff ;1.6m ,tanned skin and plump female staff and served 2 people who cut queue with long queue behind. Upon my turn,instructions were also not clear. Handling was not efficient.Happened on 27 April 22 at around 2:35pm.
C	Cecilia Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today on 13/12 as a first-timer. Based on previous reviews, I was actually worried about receiving poor service from the Hospital. When I got there, however, the staff were incredibly professional & polite (not to mention hard at work) The average waiting time between each check-up is around what you'd expect at a regular polyclinic - it's not fast but they don't ignore you. Showing patience would go a long way.
