★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very good customer service. Dr Agnes Ng is very nice and being quite detail during the consultation. My wife is very well taken care of during the checks and even gave some sweets and sticker to my daughter while she is giving the consultation. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send my mom to this clinic at Saujana. My mom wanted a lady doctor. After much google and read review we decided on this clinic. The clinic was very clean and tidy. Spacious waiting area. Alot of parking space. The lady doctor..Dr Agnes. My mom feels comfortable with her. The 2 clinic assistants are very helpful and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend this clinic for those staying around Bukit Panjang area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant experience here when I came in around 8plus pm to the clinic- the front registration staff were friendly and pleasant, Dr Agnes Ng was courteous, caring and friendly. I highly recommend this place. The kind of level of care and attention given by Dr Ng is extremely rare and makes you feel like you were the first patient she met in the day as she makes you feel like a priority.
I was also pleasantly surprised when I received a follow-up call from Dr Ng to ask me how I was getting on with my medical condition. This was the first time I received such a call from a dr. It was a wonderful call that made my day. Dr Ng, thank you for making your patients feel so valued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service and doctor was very professional. I called the clinic last minute as I chanced upon this clinic after reading the good reviews and this clinic does ART too. Despite the fact that they are closing soon, the staff assured me that she could accommodate me and wait for me. She even gave me specific instructions on how to get to the clinic. Five stars for the staff's great attitude and customer service. Dr Thong was patient, friendly and professional. He was skillful in performing the ART. Highly recommended clinic to go to in Bukit Panjang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best GP doctors I’ve ever experienced. Dr Thong and Dr Ng is both very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. They will always assess their patients properly and competently. They also take their time to listen to the problems/symptoms complained by their patients. Very thankful to encounter this clinic. Their receptionist/nurses are also kind and willing to talk nicely and answer patiently. Good job, continue the good job.
