J	Joanna Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was appalled at how unprofessional the doctor was. My mum in law visited the doctor as she suspected that she has urinary tract infection (URI). The doctor did not run a test for URI (which is a very simple test to run) and just prescribed 30 antibiotics pills. According to my mum in law, the doctor recommended the pills after she said she might need medication. My mum in law religiously finished the course of antibiotics and still felt discomfort. This time, we brought her to another clinic that actually had the good sense to first test for URI, confirmed that she had URI and prescribed another round of antibiotics. I am not against the consumption of antibiotics, but I am against the indiscriminate prescription of antibiotics by doctors who do not seem to be bothered to find out what exactly is wrong with the patient.
a	ayyt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disrespectful receptionist(s) who discriminates patients. My mother just visited the clinic at 12.11pm and she was shouted at for coming so late. (Their lunch break/knock off timing is at 12.30pm.) The bespectacled receptionist rudely shouted at my mother to stay outside of the clinic and scolded her when all my mother wanted was to get her medication from the front counter. However, when another customer, a mother and child, visited the clinic, they were not blamed for turning up this 'late'. This differential treatment is very unproffessional.

Understand that due to covid they are strict with measures but to be told to stand outside the clinic under the hot sun when you’re not feeling well. When there’s another patient (about my age mid twenties) sitting inside the clinic. Waited the whole time outside even after the patient before me left. After seeing doctor, the doctor told me to sit IN the clinic to wait for my turn (as there’s literally nobody in the clinic) the nurse chased me out again in a very rude manner. Why is there different treatments to patients? Would not visit this clinic if I didn’t have a choice as I was super unwell and I couldn’t wait. 0/5 stars if I can give it.

Y	Yqs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter staff was slow. Very slow. First thing i went in, the Doctor try to push his flu influenza vaccine to me. I rejected and he keep insisting me to take. despite me telling him i dont want.numerous time.. After that, he like disappointed and tell me go out take medicine. Didnt even check anything. Not professional at all. I think clinic has been profiting so much from this pandemic that all other sickness other than respiratory related is not sick.
r	raudha razaly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why the bad reviews but I just came back from the clinic and it's totally opposite to what I read. The nurses are very nice spoken, the doctor is super friendly. Medicine is cheap considered to other clinics I have been to. Hopefully the reviews will get better and their service will keep improving.
