Arrived for a HPV vaccination WITH prior appointment. Upon arrival, clinic staff informed that regular clinic doctor is on leave and replacement doctor not allowed to give vaccination (?!?!?!). Why is a doctor not allowed to give injections by Healthway medical group? Does he not have an MBBS? Very unprofessional! Bare minimum, clinic staff should do is to inform the patients NOT to make a wasted journey. Do not use this clinic!!!

Clinic is closed on all friday evening/night starting from today ( 24th june 2022) ! So dont go there and waste ur trip.... either call beforehand or visit other clinics ( but not the 24hrs clinic that is next to this clinic,that is worst)

The consultation lasted under 5 mins. The doctor was inattentive to the problem and issued medication that I did not expressed having symptoms for. He did not ask my the name and only asked the receptionist after the consultation. It was a relief doctor on duty. If you have an illness you’re concerned with, here’s not the place for a doctor’s opinion.

Terrible clinic. Rejects covid positive patients and turn them away us claiming our symptoms are mild and to get tele-medical care. Called the telecare from FluGoWhere.Gov and they said if we’re having fever the clinic should not be rejecting. Went over to another clinic and they gladly accepted. I hope MOH runs an audit on this clinic. Update: Rather then responding asking us to email you. Just Get your service recovery done in action.

Worst clinic ever I have been visited. The operation hours is from 8.30am but they didn't come earlier to prepare even 5mins earlier also didn't and causing the long waiting time. The clinic assistant is super slow when help patient to do registration. However, the doctor is good and patient.

Giving 2 stars only as i feel that only the doctor (forget his name) and the male nurse has done their job well. They are respectful and professional. However cannot stay the same for the malay nurse wearing the hijab. Firstly, she looks like she dont want to work. Can see from her gestures and her tone of voice when she is talking to the patients. Before we finish talking or explaining she will cut you off and keep saying β€œcannot” with a high tone of voice. Also witness her pulling down her masks a few times. And her body language shows that she really dont want to work and not interested in talking or explaining. Also the system is very slow. Not covid times also the staff worked very slow and not efficient.

Staff was polite and helpful but logistics of handling URTI patients and COVID+ can definitely be improved I tested positive for COVID last night and came to the clinic at 8:30 telling the staff of my URTI symptoms and positive result. Instead of being isolated/sent back home immediately, I stood in the queue until 10:30 before being told to come back again at 11:30. Upon reaching at 11:30, we (along with other URTI patients) waited outside for another hour before being sent to the back of the clinic to get tested. I finally completed my visit at 2PM and was there majority of the time. I believe that all URTI patients should have been sent back home immediately upon registration instead to prevent the spread. I was told that the doctor would only β€œsee ART+ and URTI patients at around 11:30” but that did not happen. There was no interaction with the doctor, just the service staff that attended to us - from swabbing to the dispensing of medicine. That said, I would like to commend the male clinic assistant on duty today for his professionalism and helpfulness. *I am aware that the healthcare system is being shorthanded as is and hesitated leaving the review. However, I strongly believe that the logistics for URTI patients could be better improved (seeing how the protocol had still not changed from previous reviews).

Went to the clinic for a runny nose today. The receptionist was very eager to chase me away. She told me to try another clinic as the relief doctor doesn’t do swabs. I refused to go elsewhere as I wanted to use my insurance card and she said you can check with the other clinic if they accept your card. Obviously I checked before going down to the clinic and I know which ones accept the card and don’t. She then said I could see the doctor but the doctor will write me a referral to go to another clinic for the PCR test. Asked her why she didn’t just suggest this at the beginning and her excuse was β€œI don’t want you to run around”. I’m already running around because you refuse to provide services to me and expect me to go to another clinic to see if they accept my card? Very convenient for you to turn your patients away but then don’t advertise the PHPC sign at the front of your clinic if you are not prepared to see patients. If the locum doctor is working, do you not see any cold & flu patients for the day? No sympathy at all.
