Dr Tay is friendly, humble, and skilled. Not a fan of jabs but no pain for the booster jab at all! Was served by the younger receptionist and she’s all right.

Been there last week for baby immunisation and check up. Long queue as this clinic take part for covid vaccination. That is ok with me. The baby check up ok but for the immunisation, i am not sure whether the vaccine successfully insert into the body as a lot of liquid left out after the needle. I am speechless. We pay with our own money and not sure if the vaccine go inside or not.

I have been to Karri Family clinic ever since I moved into Tampines. Doctor and nurses here are very friendly and patient. Always feel welcome and cheerful. Dr.Tay is a very professional doctor.

Doctor was professional and friendly and nice. He deserves a 4.5 star. But the reception was HORRIBLE. Exceptionally RUDE. I will give 0/5 star for the reception. Not professional, lack of basic manners and really need to undergo customer service course allll over again. But nah, I guess if that has become a habit (cause I read the reviews wayyy below me that the reception has always been rude for the past few months already), then I guess, no point attending the course at all. They need to know that they are the frontliners and they are the faces of the clinic/ company when ANYONE steps into a clinic.

The clinic service specially the reception is terrible.. I called to check how to get pfizer vaccination, she first time saying, need to book through Gov website (while MOH msg is to walk in to any vaccination center). Then i called again, she changed the words, saying can put my name into the waiting list..totally different sayings and keep changing and give wrong instruction to the patients.

I have seen Dr Tay for my basically fourth time, he is good but I only managed to see him twice. I am very disappointed with the admin. Twice! Twice! in different occasion. First, when my husband came all the way with my son to seek medical attention, we was turned back because there was cut off time for ART. We understood. Second time, today on 20/06/2022 with ease of restrictions,I called in to check on what time is the last registration. Admin said 8.30pm. I rushed from work to bring my son to see Dr Tay. I came in at 8.13. The admin with irritated face said that the cut off time for patients with symptoms such as cough is 8.15 as ART need to be done. We was rejected because there was “plenty” of patients outside. What if we really need urgent medical attention and was turned away, we need to find other clinic and we are short of time? I was not told that there was cut off time for patients with symptoms.I feedback to them that they should let us know over the phone so that we could rush over. The younger one, with frowning face “no cannot, no cannot a long queue for ART.” I thought the cut off time was 8.15pm? This is not fair for us. We was not informed. The admin is not welcoming at all.Unacceptable. As if we are begging for medical attention.

I came for my booster shot. I have to say that Dr. Tay got the booster done in like a fraction of a time...like bullet speed. Impressive! There were some 10 people or so waiting to see the doctor. The one receptionist handled everything smoothly. It can be overwhelming wearing the protective suit, attending to the public as well as serving them and she did one fine job from what I observed. Keep it going! Cheers!

First time coming to this clinic as i stay nearby at 872A and the slots for booster jab for my daughter is full at tampines hub. Doctor Leslie Tay, as told by my 13yo daughter(i cant accompany her inside for her booster) Doc Tay can still hummed before giving her the booster??. Guess he tryna distract ryte?? As for the receptionist, as per other reviews..Yeap! The way they talk is sumhow rude, like the tone of it. But i dont care also, as long as they dont OVERLY-RUDE to us. Thank you Doc Tay for making our 1st visit a very great one.
