Went here twice this year. IMHO, this clinic have good doctors (whether it’s Dr Koh or locum doctor) but they need to re-train their clinic assistant especially the older clinic assistants. My first visit in March, I witnessed a makcik clinic assistant was impatient & rude to a patient. Just because she (the patient) unable to produce insurance card, the makcik was being passive. My second visit which was last Sun, I witnessed the clinic assistant in her 50s-60s was very rude to the extent she scolded to a migrant worker patient just because he’s unable to scan Healthhub’s Declaration form which is definitely mandatory for everyone here in Singapore. From my observation, the migrant worker owns a small 3G Nokia phone. I don’t tolerate people treat migrant workers’ as if they’re slaves or they owe you a living. You have a policy which you don’t want the public to mistreat/abuse your staffs yet your clinic assistants (esp the older ones) treat patients as if we owe you a living! There should be an alternative should this happen in the future. Don’t be too hard up to the extent you scold him. These kind of clinic assistants shouldn’t be working in healthcare sector if they couldn’t practice care, patience and empathy in the first place. Lastly, please treat ALL patients equally and not be biased. When I came forward to explain to the poor fella, she suddenly become nice & politely. Wow! Please... Treat every patients coming to the clinic equally. My lengthy review is for the management is to review their clinic assistants service. I’m afraid people might go elsewhere despite having good doctor on duty.

If ignoring the phone to ring non stop without picking up is a trend, this branch leads the pack. Good luck calling in.

Dr Koh is patient and explained in details each time l visited him. Staff are helpful to patients at the counter especially with all the declaration and covid vaccination status. They could converse well in many languages. Excellent team.

Dr Koh Kar Wee is the most responsible and patient doctor i have seen. He is one doctor that serves the community wholeheartedly. I accompanied my dad once for his consultation with Dr Koh and was very impressed with how patient Dr Koh was, taking time to explain my dad's blood test results to him. On one occasion, my Dad's primary blood test results showed abnormalities, he actually called my Dad immediately and asked him to go back to the clinic for a more detailed blood test before the lab comes over to collect the blood samples. This is so that there will be no delay in case my Dad requires immediate treatment. I would definitely give Dr Koh a 5 star.

Pleasant experience here for my health checkup. Dr Koh was patient in explaining all the tests I will be doing and did a good job with the phlebotomy. A big shout out to the assistant Aziah (I hope I got the name right) who is very friendly, helpful, fast and patient, despite the large volume of patients coming in.

Im very disappointed with the service i come many times with the clinic everytime no doctor availble they dont assist you properly also the auntie not good racist if other race they treat good they post outside if art positive stay outside and call them but u can see them inside hear phone ringing nobody pickup i call many times also no answer now recovered still have cough see doctor auntie ask me to go out also outside if not only registered by our company and near to my house i will not comeback to this tampines branch

Short waiting time! The locum doctor was efficient and saw many patients in very little time, which I appreciated. Seems weird that the clinic issued MC does not state the doctor’s name and MCR though. Some employers might question the legitimacy of the MC.

Tried calling to enquiry about the HPV Vaccine, the staff that answered the call was pretty rude. i wasn’t sure about the different vaccine and which vaccine requires payment and she decided to be rude about it. Quoting one sentence of what she say “ so what do you want now?” Later told me that they have no stocks and was rushing to end the call.
