★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Au Yong is patient and attentive to details. I like the care he shows, such as noticing changes in my reactions during treatment. He also takes the time to discuss treatment options objectively and pragmatically. For instance, when I asked about whether I should do alignment correction, he actually said there was no significant need for me to do so instead of trying to push for a costly treatment. In addition, the dental assistants I’ve encountered (3 of them) are friendly and reassuring. Overall, the wonderful staff have made what is typically a stressful experience a more pleasant one.

The most friendly and gracious Dentist and staff you could find .I was in terrible pain and was almost closing time but they allowed me to walk in and did an extraction for me .I am so grateful, this will be my dental place from now on.Thank you so much ☺️!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad I chose to remove my wisdom teeth at this clinic!! I had 2 lower wisdom teeth which are slanted and there was occasional pain for the past few years but recently the pain became intolerable. Booked an appointment here as I have heard a lot of good reviews. Saw Dr Au Yong who patiently explained to me the procedure and healing process of the surgery. He was really reassuring, professional and skillful and it really helped to ease my nervousness throughout the procedure. I am pain free now and I’m really grateful for Dr Au Yong and his team for helping me. Will definitely come back again and highly recommend this clinic!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shattered my tooth during a tennis incident and promptly made a visit to Q&M. I was attended to by Dr Au Yong who patiently explained to me the necessary procedures needed in order to make a new crown for me. He was reassuring and professional during the procedure. The new crown was so well done that even others around me could not tell which one it was.
100% would recommend Dr Au Yong to anyone who is afraid visits to the dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here in 2021, and also came for scaling/polishing services. The dentists and staff who attended to me were all extremely patient and friendly. The dentist and front desk staff answered my questions fully and made sure I was comfortable during and after my procedure. The dentist also kindly let me play music during the removal so I wouldn't feel too scared!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a place for my Wisdom Tooth surgery (was super scared about visiting dentists), and chanced upon great google reviews for this Q&M outlet. Went for my surgery last week and removal of stitches today, and was so lucky to have Dr Au Yong as my dentist! There are a lot of positive reviews here about him and it's really true! Dr Au Yong was extremely patient and skillful, and allowed me to listen to music during my surgery as I was very afraid. The surgery was almost painless, and so was the removal of stitches! The receptionist is very friendly as well :) Glad I picked a correct place for my wisdom tooth surgery, highly recommend this outlet to anyone who's afraid of visiting dentists! Dr Au Yong will change your impression :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here for scaling/polishing in April. Dr Au Yong's service was excellent, professional and assuring. He was also patient and detailed in explaining about my teeth condition and advise on the appropriate dental care. The clinic is very clean and well equipped. Receptionist and nurses were friendly and polite. Overall a great experience.
