I had some questions to ask but the response I got was unpleasant and shocked me a little. Was worried about a recurring problem but i did not dare to ask any more further questions.

Told him my 1st 2 doses of pfizer no allergy only this 3rd pfizer dose he saw my eye swollen he say normal. Never talk seriously, obviously he thought i bluff my eye swollen. He say normal whereby my 1st 2 dose is no swollen eyes, this dose got swollen eye he say normal. Told him MOH WEBSITE put swollen eye means allergy. He keep on saying normal. If normal for what i go clinic. Its my 1st time here and i will never come back to this clinic. I came here because i thought healthway medical dr's are better. I rather go to low profile clinic.

Asked how cough medicine taste like, he remarked "don't know, I have never eaten and my children all don't eat medicine also" . cmon, what are u trying to prove?? he also made other unnecessary condescending remarks.. its like Meh? just a gp in a small clinic anyway. beware of karma

I did the searching for looking a clinic to do the ART TEST for VTL Land. Yes, I found your page on the website and decided calling to double confirm the price of ART TEST is fixed and not any other fee will be charged. Your staff had confirmed to me that only $40 will be charged. But I have been telling that your charged me $70+gst on the day at your clinic. I very shocked and unhappy look at the your staff said I got your word said there is not other fee will be charged. In the end,I have to pay the consultant fee $30 that I don't even get any consult then I need to pay it. Your are the most expensive ART TEST I have met. I have did surveyed on the ART TEST price and the price is between $28 - $40. I have checked with those who around me and told me not consultant fee charge for their ART TEST.
G	Geraldine Seah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Philip Koh is always very sincere and tries his best to help. His staff are pleasant and patient. But his locum teams are not as dedicated though. Try to go when Dr Koh is on duty if you're having fever, else you will be turned away like I was, by the locum team.
A	Anis othman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old Chinese doctor?????? Didn't get his name. I came in because of my eyes. It is not sore eyes. Just watery after visiting my parents place because of cats. I think I have cat allergy now. He torch my eyes and direct me rudely to look up,down and left . And he immediately say u have to go to a&e it is serious. I just wondered what is serious. I still have my vision is just that my eyes itch for 4 days. That is the reason I came down for an eye drop. And he directly told me for mc n meds I have to go a&e. Like as if I came there for mc only. Please dnt waste ur trip to this clinic.
E	Eeza Jais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind enough of staff to allow us to enter past registration time as my son was having high fever 40.1 degree. It was close to their lunch time at 1250hrs. Of course handling a 6 years old to do an ART can be challenging. The doctor came out and showed impatience and rudely remarked in Mandarin "this is a troublesome case" as my son was reluctant and scared to do an ART test. He even yelled at my son and said "you have alot of drama! I want to eat my lunch!". The attitude from the doctor was very unprofessional and really changed my perception of the clinic totally. You made a child scared to have doctor visits and I will definitely never support your clinic as long as the doctor is there representing your company.
